Covert Technician can lead to some really explosive starts. T1 siren, T2 ninja technician to put the boat or engine for free. Zoetic or explore the technician to put coats or other technicians for free. Profit.

i love building blue without djinn. i think the best blue decks dont tbh. ops deck is really cool and i went from plat to mythic playing this monoblue djinnless deck that focuses on draw synergy with profts edactic memory (sp?).

i've been playing a deck like this but i'm running 3 copies of the 1 drop ninja that draws u a card if he entered this turn other wise you draw discard a card

My mono blue deck is better ; case of the ransacked lab, and demilich!! along with gaddrok, thassas oracle, shrine to nykthos, haughty djinn, and ofcourse lost in the maze ! Worse case scenario can cast ir for x=0 UUmana turn 2. gives my shit hexproof while also giving 2 more devotion to nykthos. Rest of the deck is basically a tonne of opt cards . Guaranteeing I get my combo pieces easily. It's way too insane , demilich case of the ransacked lab and nytkhos. My spells cost 1 less and centripetal, and I cast demilichs from grave etc omfg I almost forgot. Ofcourse my mono blue devotions runs,,,, MASTER OF WAVES. ❤
