Saying Goodbye to the GTI. Why are we doing this?!

A little video saying goodbye to the GTI. As we embark onto a new build, thought it would be fitting to clear the air on the decision to move away from the GTI, and what we have coming up next.

The GTI will be missed but not forgotten! A shame that you put so many hours into it for it to be gotten rid of but onto bigger and better things! The MK4 platform just isn't competitive anymore in a near stock form (With bolt-ons). It was great in it's day but times have definitely changed. Onto the Infiniti! Can't wait to see what's in store.

@earth7551 That entirely depends on the class you're running in. With this cars situation and the class it was in, it was not. CSCS does their classing weird and it isn't really fair for the MK4 platform.
So in short, sure the MK4 is formidable, with heavy engine modifications.
