What will you do if you find a bug just before release? 5. How will you engage the team members when the application is not available? 6. What are the things that is considered in QC audit? 7. What is fish bone analysis, 5 why analysis? 8. What is difference between test strategy and test plan document? What is covered in what?? 9. What all test summary report ideally should have? 10. What are the estimation techniques that you know of??explain with example. 11. What all things will be seeing in your dashboard when u login first in the morning ? 12. Weekly summary reports highlights. Level 2: 1. What is difference between regression n smoke testing? 2. How do you test integration of 2 or more modules? 3. How will you prioritize your day, defect retesting n TC execution related. 4. What is API testing 5. Guidewire related questions 6. What are the different coverages in a motor policy? 7. What is the challenging situation that u faced 8.what are the points u ll consider when u go for automation? 9. How will u handle the situation wherein ur team need more time for testing, when the release date is nearing. 10. When can you give conditional sign-off? 11. What is your personal, organizational goals. 12. What are the responsibilities that u think u ll have to do between ur team members and ur manager.. 13. What are the metrics that your test summary report will have 14. What do you think are Jira's features..as u have not worked in Jira, 15.What is subrogation, litigation and some other insurance terms 16.Name any few discounts in motor policy that u know, what are the surcharges that u know

Just to leave positive note for women with carrier break here .. I also had a carrier break for 6 years and got selected for MNC and now its been 6 months am working
Not some companies , Every company have Manual testing internally going on with Qa team but when coming to interviews they will expect Automation and Manual knowledge because companies want candidates to work on both now a days due to increase in demand

Hi , need some suggestions from Current developers or seniors. i have completed MCA in the year 2009 and worked as senior software Engineer (2010-2014) , after this worked in college as computer science lecturer (2015-2019) , now working in software training institute as trainer (2020- till ).. now i am interested to work in software company. Sir , what are the ways which help to switch the field from operations to IT as manual testing. I am trying to get any internship for manual testing and also did course. Restarting career in another field is more difficult than in same .
