I made a faithful 32x32 edit of this pack on my channel and preston is the magma cream XD
Pete, maybe change the bow as to more of a PvP bow. So when you pull back it starts green, then yellow, and finally red.

Why do people still say 'texture pack'? It's been 'resource pack' for more than a year now. Have we seriously not adapted to its new name?
AlzPlays Resource packs I think are the ones with custom sounds well, No one uses that so we still say "texture pack"

You are correct. And true. The only resource packs I've seen with sounds are FaithfulVenom and ones that go with adventure maps.

Use 1.8-1.8.2 or don't use OptiFine, if you use 1.8.3+, you won't get thin swords / tools.

The sea lantern with the moving texture is actually in minecraft with no texture pack on. It is very subtle and not a lot of people actually have seen the animations before :-)

Nice texture pack.I love the use of the "faithful" tools. I give you and, all the other creators credit. I know I will add it into my minecraft resources ASAP. Keep up the good edits. One recommendation I have for you is to maybe PERSONALLY Edit the pack to (if you can) make iron,gold,and diamond tools shimmer and shine.(along with the faithful resource) I can't wait to see what you come up with next. Cows also have different colour variations, or at least they do in the original hybrid, it's quite subtle though.

Actually, the Sea Lantern animation is already in vanilla minecraft. You just probably thought it was part of the texture pack since some of the other blocks have animations aswell.
btw if you want a 16x low fire texture then I suggest the sphax 16x one it's low and it fits with the default type of blocks

Also, go for clear glass with ctm, looks a lot better.

Side Note: If you ever want to edit the Steve skin, you will have to either make the texture pack either 1.8 or 1.7 compatible only. I have ran into the problem of having invisible sided/armed people roaming around on multiplayer...
