My genuine Hermes bracelet which I ordered from their website came in a box but it had brown suede pocket holding the bracelet. I didn’t keep it but it makes me think your bracelet may not be genuine. Also your ceramic had a gap at the edge of the ceramic panel. My bracelet was around £500. Appreciate there is an money exchange difference but £1000 seems steep. The site you ordered from could be a clone Hermes site. Buyers beware of cloned websites!
