I grew up there in the '80 and early '90s. It was a nice place to live

Jamestown had a large swedish community. My mom was from Finland and had several stores that carried swedish food.
My Sicilian grandparents lived in Jamestown. Many other relatives too. My mother moved to the Southerntier. Jamestown has very interesting history because of the immigrants who moved there in the early 20th century.
Apparently the Jammers are now called the Tarp Skunks!
They changed their name again? When I was a kid they were the Jamestown Expos
Natalie Merchants home town as well. Lead singer of 10,000 Maniacs
Lucy born raised in Celeron NY! Jamestown NY not worth it
