Why couldn't the lounge come to the front facing the gate and the guest room goes behind? The double volume lounge with the large windows is the trademark for that house and need to be seen at the front and not behind.
The house designe is superb, the 9 to 12m is not bad compared, you are building your own design and how you want your hone to looks like.... Unlike ready made which cost more that that and has got loophole which some pple do cater for, when change needed.. Kudos brothers
