your plumber is spot on..knows what to do..Make sure drainages are well done before final plasterings ..from what i see you will need at least 150 to 200 bags of cement to do just the drainages manholes and skirtings. maybe 4 more lorries of fine sand...

As a Civil Engineer, the technician needs to do good studies from the beginning. The prediction it's not good in Civil Engineering. You take measures and calculate based on what you have. Documented Bill of quantities avoids these misunderstandings.

Once the masonry works are over or mid way, invite the plumber, electrician and other tradesmen involved to map out routes/points for their pipe work, conduits, power points et al. House taking shape. Good progress and amazing work to all the teams.

You need to speak to the quantity surveyor to explain about cement. He cannot have under estimated the amount of cement required by 50%
