Nice job for a new site - nice to have the documentation and time stamping. Good ideas in general 😁 Meet- ups are great ways to get out of your own head and have positive approaches to traveling. 😊
I agree. I love a meet up and then I love leaving a meet up and being on my own. Wheels are awesome!
Jen, I have to appreciate how you are trying to give a boost to life on the road for those who do this solo. I’ve had vans though I can’t say I’ve ever lived in one but, to your topic, I have lived alone since my wife died in 2013 of cancer. Living alone is a little dangerous, a lot of peace and time to think. Do what you can to avoid getting sick. It’s no fun to have a debilitating illness when no one is coming to help renew your stash of NyQuil.
Another thing is attitude. I did a management seminar when I was working that stressed that you are in charge of your attitude. When you wake up decide that you will be happy and pleasant to people you meet. It works.
I don’t have a social media account and haven’t since 2015 when so much misinformation was flying around. My FB was more to keep up with my kids and I now do that with texts or FaceTime calls. Facebook works great for some but my account there got targeted and that was my reaction.
I'm Dannie, BTW.
