- We fix one of the two glaring issues with MN Model MN222. The MN222 is a 1/10th scale RC crawler, or trail truck, and it looks absolutely amazing but has a horrendous ESC from the factory. We fix that and now it can slow crawl!

"significantly different"😂😂😂
Since my first Fusion SE, I'll never want to use another one.
One thing, the 1060's a drag brake. Just remove the jumper for the throttle settings.
Great video Corey
Thanks for watching, Dirk! I have the jumper removed on my 1060s :)
Keren, RC nya sangat bagus, terimakasih teman sudah berbagi cerita, selamat beraktivitas tetap semangat dan salam sukses👍❤
Thanks, friend!
Great video and tests 👍. I was going to swap to 1080 (£38) on my daughters beluga ( very similar esc as yours) but ali x had the fusion se 1800 on sale for £58 so it was a no brainer and went whole hog. Keep up the great work 💪👍
Yeah that is a great deal! The Fusion SE is perfect for the Beluga. I have it in the R1011.
Excellent video!!! Great information and presentation. 👍Id highly recommend the 1080, it’s a great esc and it’s only $40.
Thanks, man! I appreciate that! I also agree about the 1080 if you’re staying brushed. In retrospect I should have ran the tests with the body on. The weight of the body really show how poor the stock ESC is
I found the stock esc has the same spec as the esc from mn128's newest batch. And also there's someone in the local community group who said the 120a is the peak rate, the normal rate is around 40a with sh tty modulation. This truck is basically like an "austar kit package" but you got the electronics as a bonus. Same formula as MN999.
I got the mn128 with the new separate rx and esc. It's pretty agile on 1/12 and smaller tires but i doubt on the bigger 1/10 scale.
@@huwaki it basically clone & simplified version of MST CFX, which is short 1/10 scale. If you use a bigger motor, esc & wheels it is pretty capable.
That’s interesting and a bit disappointing at the same time. I did see someone mention that MN normally stamps the chassis with their logo and this one is definitely not stamped. Thanks for checking out the video!
@@YARCWest seems like easier & cheap to sell if they rebrand from other company. I'm still interested though since Austar is using scx10 ii as the base.
I have the shock tower upgrade for the SCX10.2 on the way!
Great Vídeo my Friend!
🐻❄️🍻🐼👌🏻
A nice tip and very usefull tutorial to!
🏁🏆🏁
Thank you very much!
You're welcome my Good Friend ❤!
Have a Good Weekend 🎉
Looks like it needs to be geared down. Sounds like a 30mph rc crawling over a rock
That is definitely something to look at. I'm waiting on some shock towers before I upgrade the shocks and actually take it out.
So I ran it for about 25 minutes, nothing too serious, and the motor was burn your skin hot. I definitely think you're correct. Even with the 1080 the slow crawl is not as good as you'd expect.
