Good video and great effort in the conditions. I was only on the HM 15 but the Cleveland Way Coastal path was brutal, I struggled to stay upright, stacked it at least 5 times! The wind and rain weren't helping either :D
Those conditions were tough, especially that coastal path - my legs are still aching from running in that mud! Congrats on the HM 15, see you there next year?! ;)
Thanks for kind comment, mental strength can make or break you in ultras and is often neglected in training! It all helps when it comes to the big races 🙌
Great video, just found the channel too so i'm enjoying working my way through. Im doing UTS too, in two minds about Three Peaks Again as its only two weeks out from UTS :s Fair play on the joint finish, bigger man than me haha!
Cheers Adam! I wish there was more time between 3 Peaks and UTS; I'm going to treat the 3 Peaks as a good hard long run 2 weeks before UTS. I imagine UTS is slow going anyway so hoping it's enough time to recover 🤞 Good luck with the training, can't wait for UTS it's going to be crazy!
Loved the video Rorie brought back memories of last years HM30! Great achievement from you!! Also 5.5h on feet is great training for getting used to running on tired legs. Rest up, speedy recovery, see you on fells soon.👍🏻
Thanks Paul, it worked out in the end so thanks for the advice to turn up and run! You had a great run on this course last year 🙌 Best of luck for the half mara 💪
Good job! Keep trail running fr$$ …
Great effort. Well done.
Great Video Rorie 👍
Thanks mate, well done yourself on a great run!!

@@runfreeultra Glutton for punishment! If you look over your shoulder next year and squint you may see me back in the distance somewhere
Well done for sticking in there when you wasn't 100% shows strong character 👏

nice one
Good effort, looked like a hard run, stunning setting 👍
Thanks Dan, I'd highly recommend it (on a good weather day) as it's a fast course without too much climbing - the coastal path is stunning in Summer!
Well done! Looks brill landscape. Thinking of doing the Hardmoors 30 at some point in the future
Thanks Jason! I’d recommend it, it’s a great way to start the year!
