Also, I am not a gardener, but I have no issue with you sharing gardening updates (what sane person doesn't like seeing green growing things??)! Again, it's YOUR channel, so do what you like with it. If folks really have an issue with it, it's easy to just zip past to the sewing part.
But, again, even if people don't particularly like gardening per se, they probably still love seeing teeny floofy little dogs helping with said gardening, because OH MY GOD TINY MUDDY LITTLE TOE BEEEEAAAAANS!!! 😍😍😍🐕🐕🐕🐾🐾🐾

LOL - you could have done the Britany Spears knife dance... The garden plots look great, how marvelous for you. Congratulations - I got lucky and am sharing a community garden plot with a neighbour, so between that and the balcony veg patch there should actually be some food this summer. _Small tip_ - Tomato cages also work for vining the cucumbers on (keeps them out of the soil, they grow longer and gives you more soil space).
I'm actually part way through working on a 1950's dolman sleeve top. I picked up some very, very nice cobalt-blue crepe wool from a destash sale and it sews like a dream (did I mention I'm hand sewing this - right now I'm putting in pad stitching for the cuffs and collar; talk about nerdy fun...).
🗿couldn't find the champaign emoji. Love how cats will lock themselves into a box when they're finished peopling.

The nightgown looks absolutely stunning. I do love both colours and the gown and the robe go together so well. PS: As I live in Estonia, I can absolutely understand about the weather. A few weeks back, we had thick snow on the ground, now it's nearly 30 degrees outside. I don't think I've seen such chaotic spring in some time. Much love to both Pinky and Winnie.

I had a garden for over 20 years and I hated it with all my heart. Selling it was one of the best days of my life))) But! I love watching you gardening. Just your energy and Winnie being so naturally cute do the trick) You look so happy and it honestly made my day better (being selfish now, sorry).
As for the night gown. I mean daaamn. I’m in awe at how good it turned out. And you are like ‘such an easy project’. And I’m like HUH? It looks like a piece of art! You definitely did some magic there! You look stunning as always and these two colours work so good together! Have you thought of making another set in the opposite colours? I mean I got that another nightgown is coming, but will there be a robe or something of that sort?)
Also, Pinky showing up just to show his face is adorable)) I mean if I could hunt rats and run around at +20 for days instead of sitting in the office at +5 I freaking would. Shame I’m not a cat))

Love the nightgown, and loved seeing your garden 🌷Winnie was being super cute under his shady umbrella🌂. I have 2 small dogs and 2 cats, they aren't always happy together, so I sometimes use a power plug type diffuser of cat and or dog pheromones to help them relax (🐱 Fellaway and 🐕 Adaptal).

Winnie looks like he has grown!! Your nightgown and neglige are beautiful. I noticed that you switched back and forth between your Vintage Singer and your new machine, is there a particular reason why? It is so wonderful to see you gardening. I thought that it was so cute to se Winnie in the shade of the umbrella. Here in California it has been 89-90 degrees Fahrenheit or 31-32 degrees Celsius. I understand about Pinky our cat would take off for days and then come home looking straggly and haggard from running amuck, hahaha. I hope Pinky stays safe out there in the big wide world. I don’t think anyone mentioned this yet but Rigilene boning is different from plastic whalebone which is much sturdier and doesn’t crease/fold weirdly. If you wanted to use plastic boning in the future, try looking for “german plastic whalebone” instead of rigilene

@@Marlenasewing sweden have many areas. I can't afford a little house one so only for growing so need subway to get to it. 40 min with walking and subway to get there. But worth it. The buy ones in Stockholm is like over a milion sek

Hello😃 I was lucky and didn't have to make any adjustments. I only messed up the French seams on the side of the skirt. It might be because Winnie was on my lap, and I was sewing one handed 😅 it really helped to have a small needle on hand, appropriate for silky fabrics.
