I can't believe you japed me on that end card! I instinctively expected the SMW overworld! I love how much more sinister this sounds compared to the original. In the game it's vaguely unnerving but this is a lot more overt and was refreshing to hear. ❤️

Life Is Beautiful from Deadly Premonition (also on our upcoming album Brasslevania) is surprisingly similar to the SMW Overworld theme, and it makes for a pretty drastic contrast after all the ghastly and eerie sounds of the Ghost House! Glad you enjoyed our version! Thomas did a great job in arranging this piece in a way that pushes the limits on both the original tune and the array of sounds that can be made with a large brass ensemble!
