In March 2019, we got to be a part of the film crew shooting the first ever Adventure Racing World Series event in the country - Expedition India 2019. It was a 450KM non-stop race from Manali to Shimla, with over 20 teams participating from all around the world. The course was divided into different legs - hiking, cycling, rafting - to cover the entire distance.
We got to work with an amazing film crew from South Africa - Elevated Adventure Films - and had a blast shooting with them! :)

That is one of the best AR videos and commentaries I've seen. I did the online commentary on Facebook AR Live Coverage but it's always great to see the visuals. It's also good to have the perspective of someone not used to AR. I know Stephan and Heidi had many challenges organising this race but if they do it again next year I'm going to make sure I come. @@RonnieandBarty Yes it's the most extreme co-ed team sport on the planet and very few people know about it. Great video's like yours will help. I plan to share it on Sunday but that will be to a mainly AR audience that already knows about it. If Stephan and Heidi don't it again next year I'm going to do my best to make it to the race this time.

Iam not surprised by their endurance ... but by the logistics and administration setup not easy to manage such a race across different locations in the world ...
not at all easy to set up an event of this scale... the behind the scenes teams work equally hard around the clock to keep things running smoothly for the racers...

I just shot Manali-Turtuk self-supported cycle race in 100 hours. the toughest race ever done on that kinda terrain. It was a mind blowing experience.
I'm from Himachal and never know this kind of Adventure sport happens here, it's really inspiring to go out of my comfort zone and explore the Himalayas, BTW Love your every single video and content with your professional touch.

Doctors n physicians recommend not to do marathons on Indian roads because of their topography! Hey Ronnie.. that was something.. yeah.. lot of adventure tourism in waiting in our country.. we got to have safety checks world standards though.. let people venture but timely help important.. baki Himachal is always 😍😍
So on point. And I think that's where more start ups or people with the passion should come in and develop the infrastructure around the adventure sports. People need to have the peace of mind that they can go to that remote peak but if it goes wrong, help is always a few minutes away.
