भारत रत्न भीमसेन जोशी का किशोर कुमार के गानों पर उनका राय या प्रशंसा बिल्कुल ठीक है । किशोर कुमार के जैसा गायक न पहले था न आगे कोई होगा । वे तो अद्वितीय है । यह संगीत प्रेमियों का दुर्भग्य था जो किशोर दा की प्रतिभा बहुत देर से पहचाना गया । 50 से 60 दशक तक किशोर दा को उतना मौका नहीं मिला । उन दिनों में रफी साहब का बोल बाला था । खैर देर आई दुरुस्त आई ।

My tears was uncontrollable, when I heard of the demise of Panditji. I was visiting my son in Guwahati. My son was consoling me for a long time, when I could control my tears. Such an emotional brakedown happened to me just after hearing death of Ustad Amir khan. I was below 30 then.
I love Kishore Kumar & I like his special filmi songs immensely. In particular the 2 mentioned. I also know about magnanimity of Pandit Bhimsen Joshi & his humility. I can't express my joy over hearing this story.
