🇭🇺Costa hajózás 2022 novemberében .
A Costa család legnagyobb hajója 330 méterével, amit 2020 februárjában bocsátottak tengerre, a hajót pedig nem más mint Penelope Cruz keresztelte.
A hajó továbbra is 90 % ban olasz turistákat szállít, akik márkahűek. A hajó ellátási rendszere nekik van felállítva: azaz semmit sem tudnak kezdeni a neveletlen olasz gyerekekkel, akik éjszaka is rohangálnak az ültetéses étteremben és ezen nem segít a nagyrészt képzetlen indonéz személyzet.
Ellátás : teljes ( regg.:ebéd, vacsora ) . A büfé 21:30kor zár, utána már csak fizetéses étterem az étkezési lehetőség. Az olasz konyha kedvelői csalódottak lesznek: olasz hajó létére csak fizetős olasz étterem és persze pizza van .
Éjszakai büfé nincs. Az ellátás a hajón kimondottan szegényes és nagyon szerény. Viszont azért jól lehet lakni.
Szórakozás: az éjszakai Disco nagyon jó , az előadások alacsony színvonalúak és unalmasak.
A hajó legnagyobb hibája: egyetlen egy kikötőnél sem teszik ki, hogy hol a kijárat / gangway ( a liftbe látni a gangway gombot , de használhatatlan !!!! ) ( semmilyen tájékoztató táblát , szimbólumot nem használnak a hajón belül !)
A recepcio extrém rossz: 1/ regisztrációkor állította a hölgy hogy nem jó a debet bankkártya és elküldött “ valahova hátra”.
2/ visszamentünk, újra kisorakoztuk a számot és egy recepciós fiút választottunk, aki kimondottan orult a bankkártyának. Így sikerült regisztralni. Azoknak akik először hajóznak nem a Costa hajot ajánlom . Stresszes lesz nekik.
Azonkívül: 2x leöntöttek ( pincér / utas) , 2 bár működését menet közben megváltoztatták , a kajutben az ásványvizet nem pótolták
Az Il Meneghino egy kantinszerű étterem , nagy hiba ott vacsorázni
A Ristorante Colombina fantasztikus, hangulatos reggeliző étterem. Ide jár a pont.
Fontos : minden infót kétszer kell kérdezni.
Az első mindig teljes dezinformáció.
Összegzés : óriási hajó , kívülről nagyon klassz, kényelmes elrendezés , kitűnő ágyak, kellemes kajut . Extrém rossz személyzet, kedvesség és segítségnyujtas, profizmus nélkül.
Gasztro: az MSC és Royal CARIBBEAN hajók után a Costa totális csalódás . Viszont olcsó és a sokáig állnak a kikötőben, ami a kirándulás szempontjából jo dolog.

The largest ship of the Costa family, at 330 metres, was launched in February 2020 and christened by none other than Penelope Cruz.
The ship still carries 90% of Italian tourists who are brand loyal. The ship's catering system is set up for them: i.e. they have nothing to do with the uneducated Italian children who run around at night in the sit-down restaurant, and this is not helped by the largely untrained Indonesian crew.
Meals : full ( breakfast:lunch, dinner ) The buffet closes at 21:30, after that the only dining option is a pay restaurant. Lovers of Italian cuisine will be disappointed : for an Italian ship there is only Italian restaurant with pay and of course pizza .
No night buffet. The food on board is very poor and very modest. However, the accommodation is good.
Entertainment: the night disco is very good , the shows are low quality and boring.
Biggest fault of the ship : not a single port of call where the exit / gangway is posted ( you can see the gangway button in the lift , but it is useless !!!! ) ( no information signs , symbols are used inside the ship !)
The reception is extremely bad: 1/ at registration the lady claimed that the debit card is not good and sent me to " somewhere in the back" .
2/ we went back, sorted out the number again and chose a reception boy who was specifically nosey about the debit card. So we managed to register. For first time cruisers I would not recommend Costa ship🥲
Besides: 2 times we were spilled ( waiter / passenger) , 2 bars were changed during the trip , the mineral water in the csbina was not filled.
Il Meneghino is a canteen like restaurant , a big mistake to dine there
Ristorante Colombina is a fantastic , cosy breakfast restaurant . Score one.
Important : you have to ask for all information twice.
The first is always complete disinformation.
Conclusion : huge boat , very nice outside , comfortable layout , excellent beds , pleasant csbins. Extremely poor staff , kindness and helpfulness without professionalism .
Gastronomy : after the MSC and Royal CARIBBEAN ships , Costa is a total disappointment .
