Kudos to Jeff Walz. He was accurate, spoke analytically about both teams. He was gracious, spoke well of both teams and funny also. Was willing to talk a lot about the other team which all coaches are not always willing to do.
Gotta really appreciate this guy... he's got heart, mind; clarity; he understands the game; AND he's got a terrific sense of humor; what a great look at NIL - concept is great, but reality is far different; thank you for Jeff Walz' thoughts on the center position - not about how big physically, how big is your heart -- best of luck the rest of the season, Coach Walz
I read this in the courier journal Louisville fell short in the first test, falling to UConn, 86-62, and ending the team’s six-game winning streak on Saturday at XL Center in Hartford, Connecticut. It was U of L’s lowest-scoring performance of the season Wow
Jeff Walz always speaks the truth. People don't like hearing the truth. Those NIL deals is how LSU was able to build a super team. Star players left other teams just to go to LSU for them big NIL deals. That's why Haley left Louisville. Louisville played bad against Uconn but Uconn had the help of their bias referee`s. I see why Uconn hardly ever loses at home. The referee`s are paid off. I have never in my life seen so many offensive fouls called on a team back to back to back. Even Jeff Walz went off over the referee`s letting Uconn`s players push Louisville players to the ground and no fouls was being called.
This is the best take on the Huskies I've ever heard from another coach and he spoke the truth about NIL. Respect to Walz
I really liked this interview he was right on

He's so funny and sarcastic, similar to Geno in that way,
He's quite a Card. (Pun intended 😜)
