Lush has some great stuff! Natural is definitely the way to go to take care of the skin. For anyone wanting purely natural skin care products, their lotions and body creams aren't all natural. I believe, as Freddy pointed out in the first product, they use alcohol in some things and acids. They also use water in some of their products which means preservatives. But, they do have some great and effective stuff.
Not here to "hate" but even though i personally love some of lush's skincare (e.g. moisturisers and one or two cleansers), they do use many essential oils (such as Lavender or lemongrass oil) or crystalline scrubs which create micro-scars (which is also why you may have gotten very red)--> not the very best for sensitive skin with some oils can cause "phototoxic" reactions. This may not apply to everyone and you have very lovely normal skin (and glowy too) and perhaps i am just a paranoid viewer (sorry) but just wanted to share. :)

I have those bumps on my arms too, they're pretty common actually. It's a skin condition called Keratosis Pilaris and as far as I know you can reduce it, but you can't get rid of all of it. :\
The bumps on your arms is called keratosispilarsis! I have it too and so do a lot of other people, it's very common. There is so real cure, usually people outgrow it. I went to a dermatologist for it and they gave me this cream and it didn't do much to help. For me, it helps a lot to exfoliate and moisturize. :)
I know this is an old comment, but it's funny how the things we hate about ourselves are sometimes what others love about us :) I used to hate my dimples, but I've got so used to them that my face would look weird without them!
+paula hopes I've tried a lot of cleansers & the one that worked the best on me is let the good times roll, it LITERALLY makes all the blackheads disappear. You should definitely try it :)

I got these bumps as well, actually they are a skintype and very common especially younger people have them. I noticed that putting lemon extract or any cream with urea( the more percent the better) on my skin helps
i have the same sort of skin texture on my arms! Started when i was in my early teens. My mum used to say it was dried morning dew from spring mornings. Learned to love my body through it, we are all unique and lovely as we are :)

you're so cute and you're lucky that lush isn't irritating your skin but all chemicals aren't the enemy of skin! the essential oils and fragrance that lush packs into their products are highly irritating and phototoxic (meaning they react with the sun to damage skin cells). you probably have keratosis pilaris on the backs of your arms! super irritating but not serious. try a body moisturizer with salicylic acid to get rid of those annoying bumps! but anyway love your enthusiasm i just subscribed! xoxo

I have the same problem with the lumps on my arms! I use the Soap and Glory Sugar Crush exfoliator on them, and they go! It's an amazing product!
