Betty has always been an inspiration to me. Her undying love for her husband and the love and compassion she had for animals was extraordinary. As leesashriber 5097 stated below, "she was a beautiful soul, inside and out," no better description for her. Betty's bubbly personality and constant smile were always with her. I miss her, the world misses her!
Betty had a black dancer in her show in 1954 who the producers wanted out. Betty said "I am sorry but he stays". This story came out in 2017 when the dancer (Arthur Duncan) gave an interview when asked about working with Betty.. Betty was the real deal. I miss her humor and kindness
Betty White's longevity was definitely attributed to her positive mind set and her gratitude for the people in her life. Betty was a legend in her time. 🙏 RIP BETTY WHITE 🙏 You Are Missed By Many
@@FactsVerse Her talent in acting showed many times during her career. My mom and I watched her weekly in the series "The Golden Girls," it was mom's favorite sitcom.
Her favorite charity was Guide Dogs For The Blind. She even adopted her friend Tom Sullivan‘s retired golden retriever dog, Dina. They wrote a book together about Dina, that is the only book that I have ever read all the way through by myself in large print. I am legally blind, and when I got my first dog from Guide Dogs For The Blind in 1993, my mother wrote a letter to Betty, inviting her to my graduation. She couldn’t attend, so she called me instead. We kept in touch for a few years.
I recalled Betty as a woman with a very sharp mind though she was advancing in age, even saw her in "Who wants to be a millionaire" answering questions fast. I salute her for loving animals. I myself is an animal lover. She's a very good example for the next generations to come.
I still miss "Betty White" as if she was my grandmother who I would see on the television or through my computer on UA-cam. Nothing made me smile more than to see her cheerful disposition in everything she did with friends, her animals and her telling stories about the past. Betty may God continue to hold you in his arms and love you - RIP Betty.
As a teenager l first watched Beloved Betty on the MTM show. Then l watched every episode of The GG's. I watched every episode of "Hot ln Cleveland"! She brought me decades of laughs & joy, but adding Animal activism sealed her forever in my heart. Be it tv interviews or tv shows, ALL of beautiful Betty's appearances onscreen were my "favourite moments"!👍🏻😄 Miss you sooo much!🤗💖🍀🐾🌈☮️🇨🇦

She was a remarkable woman. She also showed that older women are sexy and not out to pasture because they are older. Their experience is an asset. Her love for animals was so wonderful and she put her money where her mouth was. A compassionate and kind woman.
The thing I loved about Betty was she had a very sharp up to date sense of humour. She was a wonderful lady a real genuine person. Thanks for the video.
@@FactsVerse more British shows would be great. Steptoe and son, dads army, birds of a feather and my favourite one foot in the grave. Also check out still game and two doors down.
I remember my younger days, wondering about her on password with her husband, Allen Ludden and wondering was she besides being his wife. Afterwards, seeing her character as Sue Ann Niven, Mary Taylor Moore co-worker who was so man hungry was so funny, then watching since then on other shows, I got to see her diversity and character that she enriched in all her roles that you couldn't help but admire that she was so talented, funny and terrific in her acting. Who couldn't love her diversity and character that she earned the respect and love of her fans from multiple generations over the years. She will be deeply missed, but we have her legacy on film and television to remind us of how much we miss and love her every time we see her acting.
Fell in love with her when she was on the Mary Tyler Moore show as The happy home wrecking homemaker Sue Anne Niven and enjoyed her as Rose Nyland on Golden Girls…. And then she hosted Saturday night live! While it was sad to lose her I also think that it was a practical joke Betty and God pulled on us, that she passed short of her 100th birthday as we were all counting the days until her birthday…. I love her still and miss her. RIP Miss Betty
@@FactsVerseshe was awesome in Golden Girls but I really loved her when she made appearances on the Mary Tyler Moore show as Sue Ann Nivens. Hilarious!
As Betty is passing; I think she saw Allen coming for her. True love. He was at her side until she was done with her earthly shell. Souls do live many lives together, not always the same sex person in your life. Allen was waiting for Betty. She knew it, finished her life of learning and moved on with Allen, of course!
LOVED her contribution's to Animal Welfare. LOVED her role as Sue Ann Nivens on the Mary Tyler Moore Show. You were GUARANTEED a laugh whenever she appeared on the show. SO sarcastically funny.
Loved her in the NFL football commercials where she suited up and took to the field. I believe she took a hard hit out there. I laughed until I cried. She was a gem. RIP🕊🏈😇
Betty always played a funny unintelligent part but she was an extremely smart lady. I remember her best as a Golden Girl! R.I.P. Betty. Glad you and Allen are Together Again!
In the Mary Tyler Moore show she played a very sharp lady, Sue Ann Niven. And her character was aggressively in pursuit of Lou Grant, Ed Asner's character.
Betty White's passing two years ago left a void in the entertainment world, but her legacy lives on through the memories and stories shared by her friends and colleagues.
