I was chanting navarna mantra...for almost 9 months,after that my health detoriates....I have heat and bleeding disorder...I got pregnant but still I continued ...then I have premature delivery,my baby was in ICU for 2 months,I lost my clinic place... every thing went cheotic...now I stopped chanting.. everything get settled
