    I love Tatcha! It is Japanese line and not Korean. They are a clean and cruelty free. That is important to me. It is somewhat costly but it's worth it to me. I would recommend this but try it in small areas to make sure it works for you. QVC sells this brand and they have deals at times. I am Japanese/Irish. It makes my skin feel so good! Little goes a long way. Try it!

    I received a sample set of Tatcha for xmas and I just started using the water cream and in just a couple days I can see a difference in my skin. Smaller pores, softer, brighter. I am convinced. Now to drop a chunk on the full sized products.

      I'm oily and acne prone and this makes my face look almost flawless at times. Also Textured Tonic and Essence work great when used everyday at least once.

    I just ordered the beauty oil , essence and silk cream. It also comes with a cleanser. I am really looking forward to trying it. I love that Tatcha gives back to the community & the founder seems to really focus on beautiful ingredients. QVC has a great offer right now.

    I'm 31 and really feeling it, lol, I use Tatcha and swear by the promise in their products. With that being said, I am 100% sure, their line is Japanese and not korean. Kyoto is in Japan, not korea. BUT, your video ultimately made me looveeee Tatcha that much more :) loooveee it!! hope to see more you explore skin care lines, because I am a true believer in skin care routine over make up routine. Without a proper and healthy skin care, I think make-up just doesn't make any sense. lol.

    Wow I only just watched this one. I have bought the Essence and the Dewy Skin Mist since subscribing to your gorgeous channel. It is expensive. In AUD the Essence costs $138 but I will keep buying it because it's beautiful! Same with the Mist. It's so hydrating and I love it. Next purchase is the Camellia oil. Can't wait to get my hands on it. Thank you for bringing this beautiful line to my attention. xxx

  • @FitChickGlows

    What a great review of Tatcha!! Makes me want to get the whole line! Lol! Right now and has been for awhile now, my holy grail cleanser is the Camellia Oil cleanser and I love the Rice Enzyme power too. Just to let you know it does contain the enzyme exfoliator, papain. So it does gently exfoliate your skin. I think the Japanese and Korean premise is also to exfoliate GENTLY, if and when they do exfoliate. I think they believe in gently exfoliating every day as in this case the Rice Enzyme powder rather than doing harsher exfoliating once to twice a week.
    Boy, now I wish I could get that amazing oil ~ though I'm also using The Ordinary's Rosehip oil & Fresh Seaberry oil, what's one more! 🤣 ~ and of course the essence and silk cream! Oi! If only they weren't so expensive. But dang it, they're worth it!! 🙄😂

  • @deniseherud
    @deniseherud 6 років тому +1

    Ty for a great review!💗 I'm just getting into Tatcha(the silk primer got me😂) and I went crazy for the cleansing oil. I have very dry, bitchy skin that hates everything so I've been using K-beauty prods religiously. I like that this is a lot less steps, so the prices aren't so painful...instead of 15 steps now there's like 4, so even though they cost more individually, they still cost about the same as the 15 Korean products. I can't tell if I like this line or not....I miss my masks and essences and sleep packs, but I want to use just Tatcha stuff to see if it does work better(I know the cleansing oil sure does!) So far I love the eye serum and cream, and the regenerative face cream....and the gentle polish. My skin isn't red like it can get with some K-beauty prods and my pores look tighter. I think overall my skin looks better able to go bare-faced than when I use Korean skincare....but I'm just starting out. I'm hoping it doesn't deplete my skins moisture levels, bc Korean stuff is super hydrating(sometimes overly)...I think I'm trying to say this stuff balances my skins oil water ratio better and doesn't irritate or clog pores and is a lot fewer steps. I just wish someone would buy me their entire dry-skincare beauty box that's $600😱😂

  • @angeliahoward4114

    I knew you were doing something different bc your skin looks so flawless and you have'nt been looking...well, I guess as tired! You have definitely sold me on Tatcha and I will be trying it, just don't know when as it is on the luxury side of skincare. I recently purchased both the day and night skincare from Cerave and I'm hoping to see a difference once I get started in a routine. Plus, I will be using other skincare and eyecreams that I have from both my Ipsy and Sephora "Play" boxes! One of the eyecreams is the Algenist Brand, and I have a couple more deluxe items from this brand that I want to use like the vitamin C item. I also have quite a bit of the FAB Line of skincare, and other highend brands to try. Really enjoyed this video and I will see you in the next one...love ya and have a great week!!

    Hi Elle - I finally got all my Tacha stuff in the mail. Now I have questions! I don't know how to fit in the Essence and the Gold oil into my skincare. I also got the cleansing oil but I know when to use that! Do I use the oil in place of moisturizer in morning tie and night? Do I still use moisturizer? When do I use the essence - night or morning. The only other 2 things I don't want to give up are my : Paula's Choice 2% BHA liquid that I use after I cleanse at night. And I also use Paula's Choice 10% niacinamide serum booster in the morning before I put on moisturizer. So, can you help me? Ha! I trust your advice!

    • @ElleLearyArtistry
      @ElleLearyArtistry  7 років тому +1

      hey love!! ya!!! ok so use the essence morning and night after you cleanse then put everything on top of it. I use the oil at night after my retinol and other serums. But sometimes I use it during the day instead of a moisturizer and just put on my SPF. It really depends on how your skin is feeling. A little goes a long way with that oil and remember to press it into the skin and don't spread. As far as night I apply the Tatcha silk moisturizer right over any oil, I love some hydration xoxo LOL

    Good morning Elle, I want to thank you so very much for taking the time to review products as thoroughly and honestly as you do.
    I am very close to turning 49 (August 22, 2020 🎁🎈🎂) I am fair skin with history of eczema and allergies, rubbing eye's took toll on my under eye. I just purchased tatcha luminous dewy skin mist and Anastasia luminous foundation, a bit of a splurge for my humble pocket. I so want to run out and purchase The essence and the gold oil..however economically what do you think of squalene oil in place of the gold oil? And which economic squaline oil would you recommend if at all?
    Thanks so much for your time, God bless

    I didn't notice it until you mentioned it, because your skin looks great all the time. However, it is more than glowing!
    What is your opinion on using it for over 40 skin that has been through more than young skin?

    Greetings Elle!!! I absolutely totally agree with your recommendation of Tatcha as a system...When I first saw it on QVC...I liked that it's gentle & yet very effective..as you are a testament to this...I most definitely, would try this product, if I could afford it...But, must say it's great...I know I would like Tatcha!!! Thanks for sharing ...Have a great week...Hugs :D

    Hi Elle! Loved the video and your makeup. Is it possible to include the prices for Tatcha and out of curiosity, have you checked to see if The Ordinary sells the same products? Heard so much about The Ordinary but never checked out their products due to not knowing what I need. Another question, why aren't there any posts from makeup artists demonstrating how to cover bad skin, especially those who "suffer" indented (pitted) skin? As a professional make up artist, many must have come across clients with this problem. Thanks for all your skin care research and sharing it with us. 😉💕🌻🌴

      Mimi Freda hey love!!! Thank you for the kind words. Ok...so the ordinary mostly has serums and no essence. I did a whole review on the line that might help you. As far as pitted skin to be completely honest makeup can do a lot but can't cover pits in the skin. That is something makeup just can't do. Hope this helps xoxox ❤️

    I was looking at some of the products you linked, seeing if there were any mini sizes because I really want to try the oil. I saw a Tacha Best Sellers set in Sephora. Did you see that and do you think it would be worth it? Sadly, the oil isn't part of the set!!! But I'm willing to spend the money if the skin care product is worth it. Right now I use Rose Hip oil from the Ordinary, and we all know that is not expensive!!! Another great video. I look forward to all your videos!!

      Ann Agresta thanks love!! Yes I really do think it would be worth it. You should also get a sample of the oil and try it out for a week or so. Xoxo

      Elle Leary Artistry I definitely will get a sample of the oil. And I will buy the Tacha Best Sellers kit and let you know how i feel about it. Or more importantly, how my skin feels about it 😆

    Wish there was some before and after pictures. I felt like this was just a "my facial cleansing routine" rather than the results of using it. Good info about the company and product but wpuld have liked to know if there was much of a differance before I run out and spend hundreds of dollars of face cleanser.
