This one reminds me of Sky by Noriko. Only more balanced! Looks heavenly on you Patti! Not sure it would accommodate my head...I wear a large cap in Noriko...

Has anyone else had a problem with returning a wig to Patti"s Pearls. I am very disappointed with their business practice in dealing with my exchange. I know that my exchange has been delivered by UPS to the address that I was given which I paid for. But they are telling me that UPS is holding the package for a few days and after they finally get it from UPS they have to do several other things. Well not to go over every thing but I am feeling very unsure about these guys. Hoping I'm wrong.
Hi Sharon! I have done tons of business with this company and they are truly the best out there. In fact, I was very nervous about who I should purchase from so I contacted Jon Renau and they told me what a great company Patti's Pearls is to work with. This return process is very normal. They use their PO Box address with UPS so that their customer's packages don't get lost. If it gets sent to their actual office and they are closed, UPS/FEDEX would leave it at their door and then it could get stolen so they have it go to their box with UPS for the safety of their customers. Like most places, they only pick up their mail once a day so if your item gets delivered to the UPS store today after they have already picked up their boxes, then it would be the next day before Patti's Pearls comes back to pick up mail again so it can always be an extra day or so before they get your package. It's the same way if you have a post office box. I know there have been many times when I go to pick up my mail in the morning but then a package gets delivered after I've already been there so then I don't get my package until the next day when I go back because it wasn't delivered to the post office until after I picked up my mail. You mentioned when they get the package from UPS that they have "several other things to do". I'm guessing that you are referring to the quality check. Every single wig company does this. They have to check your wig and make sure that it's still in brand new condition. No company will take back a wig that has been altered, has odor, has stains, etc.... So, once they get it they check it for this sort of thing. Patti's Pearls has always been very quick with this process. It usually only takes them a day or two whereas other companies that I have used typically take one to two weeks. In fact, there are several companies right now who are not even touching returns packages for a week after they get them due to Covid. If you read policies on different wig sites, I think you'll notice that everything is really normal. All of them usually take a week or so to process returns (some are even longer) and I think you'll be pleasantly surprised to see that even though Pattis' Pearls says that it could take up to a week, they are always much quicker and usually have your item processed within a day or two of receiving it at their office. I wish you all the best and hope you love them as much as I do. They have been my saving grace. Very honest and dependable people (not to mention, they have the best rewards system)!.....and if you still need more proof, just call Jon Renau and they will tell you the same thing. On your videos, when we really see the wig at the end, you are covered up by the ad boxes on the screen. I wish you would make your videos a little longer so we can see the wig after you have it situated and styled.
Thank you for this feedback. We tested this out on our end on a desktop and a phone and the ad boxes didn't cover up the wig at the end. Perhaps it is different depending on the size of your phone. We will pass this suggestion along to see if future videos can be altered so you can see the wig😊 We recommend watching on a computer so the ad boxes don't hinder as much of the video.

I need to know who makes wigs for small faces. My hairdresser always tells me how small my head and face is. I’m head-20 1/2 ,ears-12 ,6.5 crown
