I DID MEDITATION TOOK WALKS TALKED TO MUM GRANDMOTHER DID WORKOUTS JOURNALING AND ALSO THE PEPTALK EVERYDAY IN THE MORNING AFTER I WAKEUP AND IT WAS THIS VERY VIDEO THAT NOT ONLY GAVE ME THE ANSWER BUT TOLD ME THE REAL PROBLEM I WAS FACING IN THE CORE WHICH WAS ACTUALLY KEEPING ME STUCK IN MY OLD LIFE!!! REALLY THANKYOU SOO MUCH ...I SAW YOUR INITIAL VIDEOS LAST YEAR WHEN YOUR WERE 1 MONTH BEFORE YOUR EXAM AND THAT TOO HELPED ME!! Tell yourself your story and be proud about it) ✓ Listening to TED TALKS ✓ self help books ✓ Music (light instrumental or old meaningful bollywood songs about life) ✓ Reading/listening to some Bhagwat Geeta or other great scriptures or stories from them(many good available on UA-cam too) ✓ Cooking for your close ones ✓ Play with kids(one of the best thereby) ✓ Earthing therapy 🌍 One of my fav quote of all time which actually narrates my learning of life till today is :- "The now is all there is" We are all just memories at the end....make sure to make the best one for you. I feel so good now a days kyuki ab mai sirf apne sath samay beeta rahi hu last month tk isly depression me thi ki mai to akeli hu koi hai hi ni mere sath but aaj akeli hu to bhi bahut acha lagta khud k saath khud ko samay de rahi hu and specially career wise chize change huyi isly mainly itna sab ho paya but acha lag raha aaj kal bahut ❤️

@@nandinisharma1118 It's simple. Whenever I feel too stressed out, I meditate a bit and calm my mind. Then I sit with a journal and start writing whatever thoughts come to my mind in that particular moment, letting my pen flow....after a few minutes, I start noticing certain repeating patterns. Then I summarize them and finally, identify my problem/s. After I gain clarity, I jot down possible solutions and action steps that I can take next. The whole process hardly takes some 1/2 hour or so...I think we MUST give at least this much time towards self development! This practice has changed my life significantly. It has become my best 'energy shifter'! You can try it too and see if it works out for you.

Gym, reading, meditation, work. These have become my saviours helping me preserve my sanity :) I try keeping myself occupied so I do not get these negative thoughts. I might feel bored or sad often, but soon revert back to normal. I keep setting goals for myself to become a better person. Being an introvert, the next one is to become more social and try making new friends, and at the same time start learning to enjoy my own company. I feel, that's okay to be lonely sometimes.. Yaaar, atleast khud ko samjhne ka time milta hai.. And God is always there... Whatever you just mentioned, I can completely relate to every bit of it. At times looking at people having all the fun while you’re either studying or working. Pep talk to self and going to terrace everyday and plugging in earphones to listen my favourite songs has helped me a lot didi. Also, thinking and planning with pen paper works for me the best (didi has also told regarding this in some videos). I would suggest everyone to try that as well😇😇.

Since a few months i've experienced the same with me, I was living in hostel so couldn't really help out myself and always sad that there's no one to whom shoulders I can cry on. You said right talking to mom is therapy but sometimes she says "be more practical and say it clearly " which can't be extended further. I'm back to my home since few weeks and i've realised the same you said. God has given us a chance to focus on self improvement and know what's the right thing to do or act when you feel low. How did you overcome that? Cause you see I lost 2 of my closest friends whom I happen to meet 8 months before. But we got along really well. But the problem is hostel. I live in hostel where I see them constantly hanging out with thier new friends. One of them has stopped talking to completely and the other doesn't begin any convo from her side. She only answers when I ask her a question. What should I do? I always think I have made some progress, but I when see them so happy with thier new friend, I come back to square 1. Please help me.
@@fjtay you know at this point of time I see none of my friends being any helpful to me for my peace or anything. At the end it's just me with my myself, alone. Ik it's really difficult but it's not always necessary to have someone to hangout with, if you could learn this thing, bro you'd crack a huge code the best early possible. I don't crave for friendships anymore, just protecting my peace. Lastly I don't know how much my response is gonna help but I tried :)
Trueeeee, I had always considered myself as an extro, i hated going back to room, when I decided to go in hostel for 3-5 months I cried every single day but now, i think if I get out of that Mangla Gauri I can do anything, being alone was my biggest fear and during this I genuinely found that there lays an invincible summer in me! We all are just the same! I yet am very happy when my friends are around, I yet talk to my parents so much, i yet cry, i yet ask out my personal mentors(mainly teachers and chachu) for help but i feel that now i m not hollow without them, and i m really thankful that at 17 I have really gone through and discovered so much within:)

Me Pichle two years se akele feel kar rahi hu after a loss of my mother. No understanding friends or relatives who really deeply understand my inner trauma. I how tried all the things like cooking, consuming positive content or self pep talk, and many more but find one thing that those activities which really make me alive is no longer seems interesting and do not comforting me. Now I feel so lonely that someone try to come close to me I just get angry on them even now on my relatives, father, and anyone. I feel so depressed that thinking to need any kind of medical help but more stressed out to share my feelings as I have reserved my feeling to myself and there is no one who has the capability to understand anyone. How to journal like this?
@@nandinisharma1118 It's simple. Whenever I feel too stressed out, I meditate a bit and calm my mind. Then I sit with a journal and start writing whatever thoughts come to my mind in that particular moment, letting my pen flow....after a few minutes, I start noticing certain repeating patterns. Then I summarize them and finally, identify my problem/s. After I gain clarity, I jot down possible solutions and action steps that I can take next. The whole process hardly takes some 1/2 hour or so...I think we MUST give at least this much time towards self development!
This practice has changed my life significantly. It has become my best 'energy shifter'! You can try it too and see if it works out for you.

Here are some energy shifters that I use..
1) Meditation
2) Write a letter to god & tell him all my thoughts & emotions.
3) Go to terrace
4) Listen to bk shivani di & you
5) Listen bhajan.
Pep talk to self and going to terrace everyday and plugging in earphones to listen my favourite songs has helped me a lot didi. Also, thinking and planning with pen paper works for me the best (didi has also told regarding this in some videos). I would suggest everyone to try that as well😇😇.

Since a few months i've experienced the same with me, I was living in hostel so couldn't really help out myself and always sad that there's no one to whom shoulders I can cry on. You said right talking to mom is therapy but sometimes she says "be more practical and say it clearly " which can't be extended further. I'm back to my home since few weeks and i've realised the same you said. God has given us a chance to focus on self improvement and know what's the right thing to do or act when you feel low. Thank you ma'am , your content makes us feel that we aren't alone, everyone is fighting a battle within their own and we need to win it from ourselves by ourself. 😊
How did you overcome that? Cause you see I lost 2 of my closest friends whom I happen to meet 8 months before. But we got along really well. But the problem is hostel. I live in hostel where I see them constantly hanging out with thier new friends. One of them has stopped talking to completely and the other doesn't begin any convo from her side. She only answers when I ask her a question. What should I do? I always think I have made some progress, but I when see them so happy with thier new friend, I come back to square 1. Please help me.
@@fjtay you know at this point of time I see none of my friends being any helpful to me for my peace or anything. At the end it's just me with my myself, alone. Ik it's really difficult but it's not always necessary to have someone to hangout with, if you could learn this thing, bro you'd crack a huge code the best early possible. I don't crave for friendships anymore, just protecting my peace. Lastly I don't know how much my response is gonna help but I tried :)
Trueeeee, I had always considered myself as an extro, i hated going back to room, when I decided to go in hostel for 3-5 months I cried every single day but now, i think if I get out of that Mangla Gauri I can do anything, being alone was my biggest fear and during this I genuinely found that there lays an invincible summer in me! We all are just the same! I yet am very happy when my friends are around, I yet talk to my parents so much, i yet cry, i yet ask out my personal mentors(mainly teachers and chachu) for help but i feel that now i m not hollow without them, and i m really thankful that at 17 I have really gone through and discovered so much within:)

Me Pichle two years se akele feel kar rahi hu after a loss of my mother. No understanding friends or relatives who really deeply understand my inner trauma. I how tried all the things like cooking, consuming positive content or self pep talk, and many more but find one thing that those activities which really make me alive is no longer seems interesting and do not comforting me. Now I feel so lonely that someone try to come close to me I just get angry on them even now on my relatives, father, and anyone. I feel so depressed that thinking to need any kind of medical help but more stressed out to share my feelings as I have reserved my feeling to myself and there is no one who has the capability to understand anyone. Your video didn't help me. May be helpful for others.
