    THANKYOU SOOOOOO MUCH DIDI!!
    I HAD BEEN FEELING THIS WAY FROM MORE THAN A YEAR AND THIS VERY DAY AS I WAS COMING BACK FROM MY SCHOOL AFTER PREBOARDS (yes I'm a class 12 student...that too from pcm side xD)
    I FINALLY DECIDED TO FACE IT ALL AND GET TO THE ROOTS AND THEN I FOUND THAT ALL MY EXCUSES AND FEARS AND PROBLEMS WERE SUPERFICIAL AND I KEPT ASKING MYSELF "KYO NAHI KIYA YE SAB"...AND RECIEVED NO GENUINE ANSWER...AND THEN I WENT TO JOURNALING AND FOR SEEKING HELP IN MY ROUTINE I CAME TO YT AND AFTER WATCHING IT I SAW THIS VERY VIDEO, IT TRULY RESONATED SOOOOOO WELL AS IF U ARE TELLING THE ANSWER OF THE SO VERY PROBLEM I WAS FACING AND IT CLICKED IN MY MIND THAT FROM ALL THAT I WAS FEELING THIS VOID WAS THE VERY CORE OF ALL THE PROBLEMS...I WAS LITERALLY DOING ALL 'SECRET NRG SHIFTERS' UNKNOWINGLY...TRYING TO FIND MYSELF... I DID MEDITATION TOOK WALKS TALKED TO MUM GRANDMOTHER DID WORKOUTS JOURNALING AND ALSO THE PEPTALK EVERYDAY IN THE MORNING AFTER I WAKEUP AND IT WAS THIS VERY VIDEO THAT NOT ONLY GAVE ME THE ANSWER BUT TOLD ME THE REAL PROBLEM I WAS FACING IN THE CORE WHICH WAS ACTUALLY KEEPING ME STUCK IN MY OLD LIFE!!!
    REALLY THANKYOU SOO MUCH
    ...I SAW YOUR INITIAL VIDEOS LAST YEAR WHEN YOUR WERE 1 MONTH BEFORE YOUR EXAM AND THAT TOO HELPED ME!!
    BTW, I DO NOT COMMENT ON ANYONES ANY VIDEO BUT AFTER THIS ONE I AM REALLY FEELING ENLIGHTENED SO I HAVE A INFORMATION THAT MIGHT ERADICATE YOUR PROBLEM OF FEELING BAD FROM HATE COMMENTS PERMANENTLY:
    (only if uh deeply meditate upon it and take time to reflect upon it)
    PEOPLE ONLY SEE WHAT THEY ARE
    BE IT ANY PLACE
    i.e. THEY SEE THEIR FLAWS IN YOUR GOODNESS WHICH THEY THEMSELVES ARE LACKING

    What really hurt is when you can't share your tough or depressed time with your best friend. When you scroll your contact list and don't find anybody to talk. It really hurts aa lot.

    My energy shifters :-
    ✓ Journalling( sometimes I just read which I wrote earlier, I am doing it from last 15 years!)
    ✓ Self talk ( one of the best thing. Tell yourself your story and be proud about it)
    ✓ Listening to TED TALKS
    ✓ self help books
    ✓ Music (light instrumental or old meaningful bollywood songs about life)
    ✓ Reading/listening to some Bhagwat Geeta or other great scriptures or stories from them(many good available on UA-cam too)
    ✓ Cooking for your close ones
    ✓ Play with kids(one of the best thereby)
    ✓ Earthing therapy 🌍
    One of my fav quote of all time which actually narrates my learning of life till today is :-
    "The now is all there is"
    We are all just memories at the end....make sure to make the best one for you.

    Thanks a lot, I watch all your vid since u were 4.2k this is the first comment I am writing on your channel I am 23 and went a lot through my life specially in last 3 years because of financial conditions of family, managing my articleship , family and studies and specially after the demise of my father last year which gave me huge responsibilities on my shoulders while watching this video I realised that I waw never allowed to feel low or weak or never allowed to cry every one around me just said me be positive be strong etc. etc. after watching this I cried my heart out and now I am feeling light thanks to you for making me aware of this ❤️.

    Bahut acha samjhaya ek ek word 👍👍 mai last month tak bht depression se gujri hu but now i feel so good, calm and relaxed. Ab mujhe meri zindagi bahut achi lag rahi jabki mai akeli hu na koi dost jyada na bf no relationship and no insta and no fb... I feel so good now a days kyuki ab mai sirf apne sath samay beeta rahi hu last month tk isly depression me thi ki mai to akeli hu koi hai hi ni mere sath but aaj akeli hu to bhi bahut acha lagta khud k saath khud ko samay de rahi hu and specially career wise chize change huyi isly mainly itna sab ho paya but acha lag raha aaj kal bahut ❤️

      @@nandinisharma1118 It's simple. Whenever I feel too stressed out, I meditate a bit and calm my mind. Then I sit with a journal and start writing whatever thoughts come to my mind in that particular moment, letting my pen flow....after a few minutes, I start noticing certain repeating patterns. Then I summarize them and finally, identify my problem/s. After I gain clarity, I jot down possible solutions and action steps that I can take next. The whole process hardly takes some 1/2 hour or so...I think we MUST give at least this much time towards self development!
      This practice has changed my life significantly. It has become my best 'energy shifter'! You can try it too and see if it works out for you.

    Kabhi neighbour ke ghar kaam chal raha hota hai to uska disturbance hota hai...
    Kabhi video banane ke liye lunch skip karna padta ha...
    Upar se itna saara Workload to hai hi....
    In sab ke bawjood aap har 2/3 day mai ek video to upload karte hi ho,Sach mai Didi aap kitne dedicated ho and kitne efforts lagate ho hamre liye i have no words to express my gratitude...

    Gym, reading, meditation, work. These have become my saviours helping me preserve my sanity :)
    I try keeping myself occupied so I do not get these negative thoughts. I might feel bored or sad often, but soon revert back to normal. I keep setting goals for myself to become a better person.
    Being an introvert, the next one is to become more social and try making new friends, and at the same time start learning to enjoy my own company. Your video is exactly the type of content i was looking for :)

    Going to the terrace and giving pep talk to yourself.. Is the best thing❤❤Even I practice this and this helps! ✌🏻✌🏻
    I want to add one more thing.. Sometimes it do happen, that we have friends or we were okay but as soon as we open Instagram or any social media.. We start to feel void and we think yaaar hamare to aise dost hi nhy hai nahi koi aisa group jiske sath itni masti karu and we end up feeling bad about our own self..
    I feel, that's okay to be lonely sometimes.. Yaaar, atleast khud ko samjhne ka time milta hai..
    And God is always there... And the most important thing is-*If you overcome that feeling, just go little further, you can connect the dots and finally you wil feel.. Wo situation kuch lesson dekar gya hai..

    I am CA because of her....her affirmation videos I used to listen & When my FR paper wasn't good in Dec 21 cycle. I downloaded her videos in audio format and listen everyday. It helps me to manage my further papers.

    Very Simple.Mobile ko Life mat banao and second thing is gharwalo ke saath baat karna start karo.Mobile ke piche aaj hum sab itne paagal ho chuke hai ke bina mobile aur bina internet ke bina hum ek ghanta bhi nahi nikal paate.yahi vajah hai ke aaj har koi khud ko depressed and alone fill karta hai.To mobile ko rakho side and ghar walo ke saath baat karna karo start.

    1) Meditation
    2) Write a letter to god & tell him all my thoughts & emotions.
    3) Go to terrace
    4) Listen to bk shivani di & you
    5) Listen bhajan.

    Pep talk to self and going to terrace everyday and plugging in earphones to listen my favourite songs has helped me a lot didi. Also, thinking and planning with pen paper works for me the best (didi has also told regarding this in some videos). I would suggest everyone to try that as well😇😇.

    1. Do not force positivity allow yourself to vent out.
    2.Accept 'it is what it is' and see what next step can be taken.
    4.Find your energy shifters.
    3. Meditate.
    4. Give yourself a pep talk.
    5. Listen to music / dance it out.
    6. Avoid scrolling social media its just escapism.
    8. Alone time is a blessing in disguise and do not see it as a curse and make the best out of it.
    9. Remember that Tigers hunt alone unlike sheep that follow the crowd!

    I can relate my life with those people, I am first bencher and I want to flash a good impression on my teachers but the fact is I don't have so many frnds. Actually frnds he nhi hai .koi jesee bat karo . When I see there wtsap statusI fell like I have no social life at all. I fell very depressed ... And these video literally lit my confidence . I am ok...

      Sab ke sath aisa hi hota hai. Jaise jaise Insan ki age badhegi waise waise log apni life se dur hote jayenge. Mera ek bachpan ka dost jiske sath 12tak sath rahe. IIT se pass out hai. Usne muje shadi mai tak nahi bulaya aur na phone karke bataya ki maine love marriage ki. Sirf parents bro sis hi Permenant rehte hai. 😊😊🙂

      Social media ki life real life se alag hai. Do din pahele maine Instagram mai ek photo dali jab mai restaurant mai gaya tha 😂, logo ko lagega ki akhil mauj kar raha hai. But uss samay mai akela hi gaya tha. Jo dikhta hai aisa hota nahi. Why are u so depressed. Mere to kahi Sare dost the. Almost sabhi Canada chale gaye aaj muje call tak nahi karte.

    3) Watching some short transition video of a girl from worse background to achieving something big, with her hardwork... This gives me extra energy... Itna motivation/energy aa jata hai... 2 dinn takk sooti nhi hu... So, jo depressed/lonely feel krrne wala time hota hai... Vo worth it feel hota hai...

    Since a few months i've experienced the same with me, I was living in hostel so couldn't really help out myself and always sad that there's no one to whom shoulders I can cry on. You said right talking to mom is therapy but sometimes she says "be more practical and say it clearly " which can't be extended further. I'm back to my home since few weeks and i've realised the same you said. God has given us a chance to focus on self improvement and know what's the right thing to do or act when you feel low. Thank you ma'am , your content makes us feel that we aren't alone, everyone is fighting a battle within their own and we need to win it from ourselves by ourself. 😊

      How did you overcome that? Cause you see I lost 2 of my closest friends whom I happen to meet 8 months before. But we got along really well. But the problem is hostel. I live in hostel where I see them constantly hanging out with thier new friends. One of them has stopped talking to completely and the other doesn't begin any convo from her side. She only answers when I ask her a question. What should I do? I always think I have made some progress, but I when see them so happy with thier new friend, I come back to square 1. Please help me.

      @@fjtay you know at this point of time I see none of my friends being any helpful to me for my peace or anything. At the end it's just me with my myself, alone. Ik it's really difficult but it's not always necessary to have someone to hangout with, if you could learn this thing, bro you'd crack a huge code the best early possible. I don't crave for friendships anymore, just protecting my peace. Lastly I don't know how much my response is gonna help but I tried :)

    Trueeeee, I had always considered myself as an extro, i hated going back to room, when I decided to go in hostel for 3-5 months I cried every single day but now, i think if I get out of that Mangla Gauri I can do anything, being alone was my biggest fear and during this I genuinely found that there lays an invincible summer in me! We all are just the same! I yet am very happy when my friends are around, I yet talk to my parents so much, i yet cry, i yet ask out my personal mentors(mainly teachers and chachu) for help but i feel that now i m not hollow without them, and i m really thankful that at 17 I have really gone through and discovered so much within:)

    I'm actually passing through this time. Preparing for gov exams and I'm about 26. So, my time is about to get over in the field in next one year. But I can't focus , constantly feeling demotivated and horribly lonely. Friends are settled with jobs , marriage and children , I'm just stuck at this same point for four years now. Parents are suggesting to get married. I feel very lonely also. Biye niye bhison bhoy o kaj kore. Can you give any insights on this neha?     Me Pichle two years se akele feel kar rahi hu after a loss of my mother. No understanding friends or relatives who really deeply understand my inner trauma. I how tried all the things like cooking, consuming positive content or self pep talk, and many more but find one thing that those activities which really make me alive is no longer seems interesting and do not comforting me. Now I feel so lonely that someone try to come close to me I just get angry on them even now on my relatives, father, and anyone. I feel so depressed that thinking to need any kind of medical help but more stressed out to share my feelings as I have reserved my feeling to myself and there is no one who has the capability to understand anyone. Your video didn't help me. May be helpful for others.
