Simcity Hack Upgrade Game level on Real Server

I am Back with a hack level no ban way
Here's the Description:
Search the Exp U need to Reach next level (230 in my case for level 4)
CHange the offset to -4
now look for the next level (4 in my case)
Now First change the level to your desired level then
change the Exp to 0
And BOOM!
It's done
