@SKAPARTKEYBOARD check voltages. Disconnect internal hard drive (if any) and disk drive and see if it goes past the logo... Something is holding it up on booting... If this does not help: bring to local repair shop... Too many things that can be the root cause for this, impossible to remotely diagnose...
