You know, WAIT, first you looked BEAUTIFUL just red carpet gorgeous in every single one of those. But my first thought was with Harold running for office, you are going to need some gowns. Buy the top two or three that you loved. It’s hard to find beautiful gowns that fit! Get the blue one for sure. Have it altered, hemmed, for sure. And have the slit sewn up from the back. So the seam is invisible as you’re looking at it, but it won’t open in a breeze and show everyone your undies! It’s gorgeous on you. And I think if you don’t get the red too, you need to go back and get the blue 100%. Rachel, you’re beyond pretty. I know Harold tells you that a lot. But sometimes it’s nice to hear from someone less biased….and you’re beautiful. You’d probably look good in a gunny sack. Lol

Oh Rachael, the red, both purple dresses and the tight black dresses were simply WOW on you. The lighter dresses no, the blue dress would be nice hemmed for a holiday. You could always tack it by where it opens so far down to prevent it opening so high. Glad you chose that one black dress. Wow you looked fabulous in it. Your husband is in politics now. You can’t go wrong with black and it looked great on you but for something special the bright red was great and so was the blue. The slit on the blue or any other dress with a full skirt could be solved with either a pretty pin or have a seamstress put a stitch or two, wherever, to keep it modest.
