The other half (over the Still Tippin' beat) wasn't as smooth as the first half and I'm not saying this to downplay the insanity of Cole's wordplay, delivery, cadence switches and flows. If you take a look at the cypher video with Black Thought, Eminem and Mos, I think Black Thought and Mos came in with pre-written verses, though you can double-check me on that fact. All 3 verses on that cypher were lyrically insane, delivered to a live beat that was provided by DJ Premier, whereas here Cole had to deliver his verses to prerecorded beats, the first of which I'm sure he'd practiced the hell out of. It's a tough debate to settle. Both are great depictions of lyrical insanity.
