It is indeed a gorgeous house and living in the city, the houses will be closer as there is less land to spread out and acquiring land to build homes is more difficult. To get more land space, you have to be willing to live further out from the city, either in the suburb or rural.

Beautiful foyer. spectacular master bedroom! The secondary bedrooms seem to be roomy, it's hard to tell without furniture. The outdoor space seems small for the size of the house. Overall this house is amazing!
Brookhaven seems like a really nice community. A beautiful home for a family with older kids. Little ones would have their fingers all over the glass.partitions. Keeping them clean would be a nightmare.

I don’t know who choose the interior choices for this home but it is absolutely beautiful. Very few homes I see are choices I would make unless building a custom home but this is the prettiest interior I wouldn’t change a thing and that’s rare. Just beautiful. Is my favorite you have show larger square footage but not as beautiful choices made for the interior! I do wish if I could change anything the ceilings in the living room could have been valued other than that beautiful home.
