Still one of the best video game opening cinematic in term of its execution. I mean, they twist things from the first video, exceed our expectation with all this refreshing and awesome goodness, and BOY THAT PLOT TWIST IN THE END. The switch between the lighthearted action to tension is so smooth and good.
The first opening of borderlands was an absolute classic and the second opening was completely badass and I love them both

Zer0 is good for the mid game and after u beat the game the second mode i dont remember what its called but if u build him right and use him right u can 1 shot many things

Actually I just loved the way he turned around.
Borders 2 is nearly 10 years old.. to this day it is still one of the greatest shoot-em-ups ever made. Story, dialogues, insane amount of weapons, enemies, characters and above all it was just an absolute riot of pure fun. Also this intro is the single most epic intro to any game ever made.

Playing Borderlands 2 with 3 friends was the most fun I have ever had playing video games
The song just fits it so well! The hero's have their fun pulling out all their tricks defeating the evil robots and the song (both literal and the upbeat killing of the bad guys) ends with the reality that they have no idea who they're fucking with and what they're up against. And the over the top bomb sets the scene for Jacks style. Collateral damage means fuck all to him, if he could blow the whole planet up to stop you he would.
The robots are called Loader Bots

Well, he's not the brightest of Dahl officers, that be confirmed by Lynchwood ECHOs.
This is pretty early, early enough that using fire on a robot won't penalize you too bad. That, and you gotta take what you can get in a pinch y'know.

They're all OP in their own way, it's just up to the player to use the specific powers to their advantage.
But yeah, unlimited ammo with Salvador is beastly, especially if you set it up so he automatically reloads by switching weapons.

borderlands 2 intro perfectly introduce you to the world you will be playing in, like everything is perfect. just watching it makes me wanna go back. i am glad i got the handsom collection with all the dlc on disc. i can play this game in the best way possible, whenever i want.
I know it's being said like a million times... But damn was this one of the best intros to a video game in years. Nothing grabbed me quite the way this intro did. Normally I skip intros, but this is one I could watch over and over and never get tired of it.

Most badass and most awesome game intro ever made.
One of the greatest intros ever in gaming, Put It On The Line was fantastic for Borderlands 3 but this one just has that feel. The Heavy did a great job either way.

What a great way to start a game man I wish I could relive this all over again for the first time
4 years ago I had this game, beat it with all characters, switch from ps3 to PC and I saw it on steam for 20 bucks, downloaded it and started a new game, this intro played and I smiled so hard I almost shed a tear, truly one of the happiest moments in my life.
Diablo 2 with the Baal intro hooked me hard.I spent sooo much into it. Beat it with every character but the sorcerer is massive with cold mastery

I bought borderlands 2 two years ago. I had never seen anything about the game really. I just thought it looked cool. It was on sale so I bought the full DLC version. I chose my character and I started my game.
I watched this in awe as the characters were introduced in a way that blew my mind over how well music and a short could go together.
I still play the game to this day.
It's insane how much an improvement it makes adding music to the very end like that. Good choice.

Okay so since recently I never got around to playing Borderlands 1 or 2. But I ended up buying the first one and loved it! I got the second and it was dope too! Now that Gearbox is thinking of making a Borderlands 3 I'm really stoked!! I think part 2 really opened it up for them
