This is a Christmas tradition for me since I saw this several years ago....I have to see this video over and over....I know these boys are all grown up now but I hope they realize the joy they have spread over the years with this video....and I pray they have the true joy of Jesus in their hearts.....I love this!,
This is the first comment that popped up, and I'm right there with you. I too discover this 3 years ago, and I put it on Facebook every year, and laugh all over again like I've never seen it! Everyone I show it to, laughs just as much, and I couldn't agree more was what you said. I hope these boys know how much joy they brought people. The holidays can be tough sometimes, and sometimes something like this is just enough to change someone's mood and make them laugh. I Love it! 😁😆
I know this was meant to be funny & help bring the season of Christmas in...but can you imagine how PROUD these young mens parents must have been to see their children being involved in this Church & ESPECIALLY BEING TOTALLY INVOLVED IN THEIR YOUTH GROUP...AMEN!!!! Funny & inspirational all at the same time. Much love from Mobile Alabama.
JD Sumner once held the Guinness World Record for lowest recorded sung note. It’s been broken several times since his passing, but did those groups have the showmanship to walk their bass man down through consecutive key changes like this? Great song, great recording, and some PHENOMENAL acting by those kids.
@@MatthewChristianMurrayJ.D. still has the only clear, clean low voice. None of the "record holders" can be completely understood at their lowest. You ALWAYS understood J.D.
This had the tears of laughter rolling down my cheeks throughout the whole video. Even if you're not a die-hard "fan" of gospel male quartets, as I am, I think you will see that they have all the moves down pat...and the bass "singer" is an absolute riot! WELL DONE, boys!!! You have made my Christmas!
I run across this every once in a while and I watch it for again for a good chuckle! Other young men have done this same song and made videos. But, I gotta say, I don't think anyone can compete with these little guys. It looks like this has been over 10 years, I wonder where they are today?
Linda Chaney, these guys had perfect chemistry together, and did everything perfectly! They are seniors in high school now, and are still close friends. The blonde on the left is my son, Jackson Stanley. I helped them put this together for our Living Christmas Tree at Florence Baptist Temple in Florence, SC.
@@forreststanley-lotsofthisa6285 LOVE these boys version of lip-synching to J.D. Sumner's Christmas Carole the best. I'm glad you provided more info where they performed. I think all of us would love to know the boys names in order shown on the stage and when this was done so when I post this again on my Facebook every year others will know who they are and where they were and when they did this wonderful rendition.
@@forreststanley-lotsofthisa6285 Would be great if they could do a repeat of this many years later, although they likely moved apart since then. Would have to say they were lip syncing this time, though.
I get this one every Christmas season, and I send it out every Christmas season. Interesting combination of Christmas spirit, music, humor, and a large dose of cute.
I really hope that these boys now young men come back to this video and read the comments of how much joy and laughter they brought. If you read this guys thank you, a special shout out to the bass !! Well done.
If you did not know, they actually did not say that it was one of my dad‘s friends that goes to our church who sang that and his quartet I don’t know which one it was called, but the name of the quartet is sunrise quartet
Really cute video, the kids did a great job! Even funnier is you look at some of the seniors in the background and the expressions on their faces... some are really enjoying it and others just look puzzled & like they are counting the minutes until bingo.
By the way, why would a Black singing duet call themselves what translates from Italian to '1,000 Whites?' At least, they showed no prejudice in their naming, even though they showed poor judge-ment in their choice of singing style.
What an awesome video! Great performance & just so funny! I've watched it several times & still get a great laugh outtuh the kids! Good job, guys! Merry Chrismas!
These guys were great. Best lip syncing I've seen (better than some that make a living at it) and the moves were perfect. These boys could take it on the road. Really enjoyed it.
I grew up going to Southern Gospel sings with my parents and these boys have got the quartet moves down to a T! I couldn't stop laughing. Great job, boys!
Perfect! Snaps to these young men who will no doubt shine in whatever type of presentation they need to deliver as well as to the person(s) behind the idea!!!!!
Absolutely hilarious. I have watched it numerous times and everytime it get cuter and cuter. What a great idea. I wish that quartet's bus would break down in front of my church. LOL thanks for the laugh...thanks for the joy---and thanks to the choir for cracking up also. Did they know it was going to happen?
These guys rock. I sing bass in a quartet called Holy City from Charleston, SC and I fell on the floor laughing at this. Would love to take them on the road with us.

It's 2024 and I'm still watching this. Love it every year.

You do realize these aren't their real voices, right? Boomers 🤦♀
@DeeSnuts-tr1pu Finally, someone else who realizes this! Not one of the kids has even an ounce of talent!
This was about 13 years ago so I would love to see the same “kids” do it again now! 😝 I’d love to know what church this was! Absolutely hysterical! 😂
I have 9 orphan boys living under my roof, and we watch this every year. Tradition! We love it. Merry Christmas from Zambia.
My eight boys and I watch this every Christmas season and tonight’s the night. It never fails to make us smile. Merry Christmas from Zambia, Africa.
Merry Christmas to you folks in Zambia, from Washington state in the US.
Watch this every Christmas season ... makes my day.
It's almost 9 years later, and this is still heartwarming video. Much needed in today's world, that's for sure. Well don, FBT Little Quartet!
Now 11! Merry Christmas, 2023🌲
Very uplifting....great group of young men. This video makes a person smile and chuckle. Thanks to all involved. God Bless You all.

That's wonderful happy Christmas but what have they done with their voices?
They are not really singing!! They are just mouthing the words and singing to a record! I believe the song is by the Oak Ridge Boys. :)
