I try Mexico for the first time in a long time, and mass my favorite unit and utilize plenty of age 4 shipments for an exciting late game.

Get the 2vils 1 hacienda first, then the church shipment and take cheaper revolts later. That's how Lionheart does it

Yup this is the way!! Helps your shipment curve so much, its worth the slightly slower age up to 4. Extra flexibility for villager pops w/ hacienda garrison if early pressure (lucky he had no siege in this game :P) - so you can still gather around them and not waste more than 10v in TC for too long
Also for next time, remember Dia de muertos church tech for XP (5 xp per unit lost, it was at 1000 xp near the end so in this cheap insurg strat, that shit's money. There's also the card for 500 xp and +4 LOS for all units - can also send this a little earlier, esp if opponent follows up to age4 you get limited spies for like 5-10 seconds, so scope out factories and vills on remaining mines, and be annoying with small batch insurg raids / poss bum rush his facts when his army moves, if you're spamming heavies like in this one.
