Sir i am working in pharma as production officer, some time kuch eahi problem hoti hai jiska reason jo btatate hai wo theek nahi hota when I tried tell them actual reason they tell don't teach us I am asst manager or executive I have 25 yr experience...
That time I feel so embrace and demotivated on work what should I do and one major problem is that I blong to different state so I feel most people don't like me they treat me as outsider..
Dear it's a corporate culture or problem. There are always some people who don't want that other people also learn, or if they dont no any thing they try to run out from those problems. Because its hearts their ego. Just ignore them and try to learn new things on daily basis.

Well dear as per USP and EU GMP the best time is 4 hr. Because after 4 hr agar start to make a film on it which reduce the interaction of microorganism on it .

Sir bhut se log bolte hai b pharm chose kar ke galat kiya pharama production me salary nhi hai sir freshers to chalo Kam hota hai but kya after 5 year 40,45k bhi salary nhi hoti experience ke bad bhi ase to 20 ,22k se jindgi kaise chalega itne mehnat se b pharm karte hai log plese reply
well dear dont worry, jo lig bolte hain ki pharma me salary nahi milti qo aisa sirf isliye bolte hain kyoki khud unhe achchi salary nahi mil payi warna pharma me salary ki koi limit nahi hai. han regulat bassis par tumhe update rahna padega or smart work karna padega. pharma me achchi salary milti hai but sirf deserving candidates ko.
