hi, if you mean the plugin "chaser" you will have to get it from hybrid constructs website. there's a longer way of making custom chase almost like that plugin does, but takes very big patience, sigh ..
you should always convert files to DXV3 to get the best performance if you are using resolume. you can get ALLEY, a free software that helps you to convert almost any files to DXV3. in this video, i used adobe media encoder's DXV3 render preset, that gets installed, when you install alley.

Why i haven't saber in effects£presets?
1. go to google
2. search for "saber plugin from video copilot"
3. download it.
4. install it.
5. restart after effects
there you go!
