A couple of years ago, my friends and I quit our daily routine and started travelling the world. We went to all the inspirational places of our dreams and started having the time of our life - living free like a bird.
In October 2015 we set out to establish something different, something never seen before - united by our love for travelling, we created BIRDS, a craft brand dedicated to unite the traveller lifestyle with a spirit that brings together German craftsmanship and exotic flavours from all 5 continents. Our unique craft spirit BIRDS was born.
This year we travel with a boozy mission:
We curate and showcase London's most innovative and influencial drink creators that bring the bar scene to the next level while using our BIRDS spirit that unites characters from all over the world. Cheers!

- 10 ml Popcorn syrup
- 5 ml lemon juice
- 5 ml Yuzu
- 20 ml jasmine water
- 2 dashes Chuncho bitters
- Pink grapefruit zest
- 10 ml egg white
- star anise
