Wow, I've had a Jewel Loom for about a million years, it has been strung up and ready to go, however, I could not figure out how to get that first row started--it never dawned on me to us a stop bead (duh)! Also, love the idea of using the little wooden stand to keep it secure and be able to use both hands for the beading. Thanks, Kelly, for showing me a few things that will probably encourage me to pull that loom out and give it another try.
I love my loom, been wanting to learn how to make the earrings with the fringes. I can do the brick stitch ones I have just seen so many loom earrings and I have always wanted to learn that one. lol I love the chevron pattern. Tfs hugs
The easel you linked has a 11” x13” footprint. Is the one you’re using 11” wide? Looks so much smaller on camera. I love the idea of using the easel with my loom. Thanks for a great video.
Kelly, thank you so much for doing this video. I am so happy you showed us your easel set-up as the hardest part for me is holding on to the loom while I am beading! I ordered my easel from Amazon, it arrived, and my husband is working on "connections" for it right now, I will post a picture when completed. On another note, in your bench tools you have what I think is an awl and it is covered in beads, I believe they are green. Do you have a pattern or a tutorial to do this? Thanks in advance.
Using a sliding clasp hook and chain do you leave a gap in the length of the bracelet or make the loom work ends touch each other all the way around the wrist then attach the sliders. I don’t know how to come up with length

How would you attach this to a metal cuff type bracelet with suede covering the inside of cuff? Hope this makes sense.
