Tenerife ALL INCLUSIVE l Hotel Review Barcelo Santiago

We got a really good deal at this hotel for the time period for All Inclusive, Sea view room. We were there a few days before hotels/accommodations were requiring guests to submit a negative covid test to check in.

I prefer the stretch of coast from Playa Paraiso, Callao Salvaje, Playa San Juan, Playa de la Arena, Puerto Santiago and Los Gigantes to that around Los Cristianos, Las Americas and Costa Adeje. Far more relaxing and tranquil.. The sunsets around La Gomera are wonderfull too...

I agree! We’ve only stayed around Playa de la Arena, Puerto Santiago and Los Gigantes. We will maybe try out your other recommendations on our next trip. We also prefer the relaxing and tranquil places.. 😊

Thanks for the great review! We're going out to Barcelo Santiago next week. Did you get there from Tenerfie South airport, and if so how did you travel and what was the cost? We're trying to weigh up getting a coach over getting a taxi!

Thanks for watching ang leaving a comment. :) We got there via a private transport, we just got one from booking.com and we were surprised that we got a small coach all to ourselves. We paid about €44 per way at the time. We took a coach on a previous trip but of course it has many stops at different hotels and we are always last as we are the furthest understandably. So on subsequent trips, we have take private transfers because we just wanted to get to the hotel as soon as possible. I hope this helps. 😊

When you were at Barcelo Santiago Hotel? And can you say something about temperature and weather?

Hi Monika, we were there in November. The temperature was around 25 degrees celsius. Most days were sunny which we enjoyed by the pool. We only had one day that was not so nice - it was very cloudy and windy. I hope this helps. :)

Hi, yes but not everyday. Sometimes, they have omelettes and sometimes it's sunny side up or fried egg.

@@ricewaffles3442 that's a shame it's not every day as I do like the choice of omelette for breakfast on holiday. Missed having it in Kefalonia as the hotel didn't do them. I saw from your video that they do pancakes at breakfast so that'll make my wife happy ☺

Yes, the hotel is across Playa puerto Santiago and Playa La Arena is about a 10 minute walk away. We just took walks there at night. :)
