Thanks for watching ang leaving a comment. :) We got there via a private transport, we just got one from booking.com and we were surprised that we got a small coach all to ourselves. We paid about €44 per way at the time. We took a coach on a previous trip but of course it has many stops at different hotels and we are always last as we are the furthest understandably. So on subsequent trips, we have take private transfers because we just wanted to get to the hotel as soon as possible. I hope this helps. 😊

Hi, yes but not everyday. Sometimes, they have omelettes and sometimes it's sunny side up or fried egg.

@@ricewaffles3442 that's a shame it's not every day as I do like the choice of omelette for breakfast on holiday. Missed having it in Kefalonia as the hotel didn't do them. I saw from your video that they do pancakes at breakfast so that'll make my wife happy ☺

Yes, the hotel is across Playa puerto Santiago and Playa La Arena is about a 10 minute walk away. We just took walks there at night. :)

Hello Milaries, we did rent a car on both times we stayed at the Marriott. It was inexpensive and very practical specially if you want to visit other parts in the region. If you only are staying in the resort the whole time, Uber is also available. Driving in Spain is pretty good, it has it quirks but overall it was okay.

@@ricewaffles3442 we like to go out every day we are there But this time we want to visit Sevilla or Cordaba. Last time we were there 7 yrs ago, we went to Mijas,Malaga and old Marbella, by public transportation. But I know the Sevilla and Cordoba are farther away, so I’m trying to figure out what’s the most convenient way to do it 🙂 Any input is greatly appreciate it!!!

@@milariestoro5890 We actually came from Sevilla on this trip but we took the bus from Sevilla to Malaga and it was about 2,5 hours. Then from Malaga, we got our rental car. Sevilla and Cordoba are further and a car would be really convenient to have. :)

Hi Karishma, food has actually improved comparing to our previous stay. They had different themes every night for food like Italian, Chinese, American, etc. This meant more variety and you kind of look forward to it. Desserts have plenty of room for improvement. For lunch, we had all inclusive so we had access to the pool bar, you can check their menu. Drinks were also inclusive for us from a list they have which covers most things except for premium alcoholic drinks.

It was the Grand Balcon Sud hike and we started from La Flegere to Brevent. It was very nice. :)

Thanks for watching the video :) When we stayed in January, there was only one restaurant and the Pool snack bar. It did not seem there was a separate buffet area for 'Plus' guests. It seems though that there are other really nice additional benefits which you can see on the app like a reserved table for your stay.

Hi Esteban, our experience this time was not the same as the first two. Our room seemed nice but it had problems like the shower and the wifi, it was also not the room we felt we booked. We understand that you don’t get the exact room you request but it felt like the bottom of the room category. We did not enjoy the first half of the week as we were a bit stressed asking for a change since the hotel was not fully booked and felt dismissed each time. We had to ask a lot nicely and everyday until it was resolved and that’s just not what you want to feel when on vacation. We did not want to stress about these things. We were eventually moved only after the 4th day.

Hi Monika, we were there in November. The temperature was around 25 degrees celsius. Most days were sunny which we enjoyed by the pool. We only had one day that was not so nice - it was very cloudy and windy. I hope this helps. :)

@@ricewaffles3442 thank you so much. We r visiting chamonix and Annecy in mid September for a week. Your video really helped us decide..one last thing. Can we manage stay at the air Bnb without a car just using public transport or Uber?

@@hahsdomino4714 yes the airbnb is accesible by public tranpsort. It’s a short walk from town, about 10-15 minutes by foot but coming back to the house is a bit uphill. If you come by bus or train to chamonix, you can walk to the airbnb. Bus stop is also not so far. We came by car but we just parked it there and we went around chamonix either by foot or public transport to go to other areas like La Flegere.

I agree! We’ve only stayed around Playa de la Arena, Puerto Santiago and Los Gigantes. We will maybe try out your other recommendations on our next trip. We also prefer the relaxing and tranquil places.. 😊
