With those plants your van MUST smell REALLY REALLY nice. I love your pull out pantry, there great. We've got one in our house. It's great that u don't have to exit the van to move off, in case of weather or trouble.
Hi Lynne, Thank you for watching. Unfortunately the plants didn't last long there. They didn't hold so I had to leave some with a family member and only take a few. I did have a small oil diffuser in the campervan that I used ever day. I loved the citrus smells. The pull out pantry is the best. You can see everything on both sides. We loved the walk through area to the drivers seat. It did limit us on space but it was amazing for those time it was raining and maybe we felt a little unsafe. Thanks again. :)
Maybe get a moonshade instead of an awning? :) They're magnetic so you don't need to drill and you could try one if anybody you know could lend you one! Very cool van all over, very jealous!
Thank you so much for watching. The layout is amazing. The guy we bought it off did a great job. I like to keep the van organised as it looks tidy then. I am going to do a video on this soon. Stay tuned. :)
Great vids folks,if your keen on coffee have a google for bellman Coffee maker it sits on the gas cooker makes a mean cappuccino, look forward to more travels cheers Darren

Hey Peter, We are in Magnetic Island at the moment. Loving it here. We are heading south now so we will be going through Brisbane at some stage. Bet you can not wait to get on the road. :)
Hi Beard Man Garage (love your name btw), we actually didn't build our van. It was already like this when we bought it. Sorry we can not help in this area. We recommend watching the channel, Max and Lee. He just kitted a van out and documented everything on their channel. All the best
Cool guys! Thanks for the tour. The van looks great, awesome job setting it up. The one thing we didn’t think about with our rental was having to put things away before driving, as literally everything flies off! Plus, we didn’t end up converting our bed back to the table, just left it haha. How long is your van? Enjoy the journey 🚐❤️ (ps, loved the PJ part 😂)
Thanks so much guys. hahaha this is a must but we forget it sometimes. Our herbs flew off the wall the other day and went everywhere. We saved them. The van is 7 meters long and 3 meters high. More like a tiny home. :)
Lovely van. Similar to what I want to build. Looks like your using standard off the shelf kitchen units?... Do they not weigh a ton?... Have you had any issues with weight? Cheers
Hi Lee, thank you so much. We didn’t build the van the previous owner did. Yes it is heavy. IKEA kitchen cupboards were used and not light wood. We have had no issues with weight. Our van can handle it luckily with duel wheels on the back and our GVM (just under 4.5t) which is good. With full fuel, full water, fully stocked up on food and fully loaded with all our stuff we are under it comes to 4.3t. Luckily we can’t fit anymore in the van that all that 😂 When are you building? Do you have a van yet? How exciting 😀
@@nomadasaurus thanks for the reply... That's great info I'm definitely going to have to build my own cabinets now as I haven't seen many twin wheels while I've been shopping for a van so I think I'm going to be pushing it weight wise using the IKEA units. Yes very excited just waiting for the right van to come along can't wait to get started! Cheers
@@leer774 Definitely wait for the right van. Do not rush into it. When you find it, get a mechanic inspection. I think we paid $300 but it was better than 10s of thousands and finding it is a lemon. Our other friends have a smaller, single back wheel design and have ikea cabinets. Look at the weight of them all. Even if you can build half of it with ikea and the other half with other materials. It will make the build easier. All the best. It is a great lifestyle :)
Thank you so much, Robert. We bought the van like this. The owner before us. built it for himself and his wife to go around Australia in it. Unfortunately, it never happened for them and we bought the van. We are so happy with it and someone else did all the hard work for us. He never said but he may have been a chippy. :)
Nice design, just making the bed seems to be a bit of a hustle, you didn't really fully film putting the timber pieces in place and lowering the table etc.
Thank you so much. cheers for watching. The beds not a hustle at all. Depends what you are after. We live the space so 5 mins at night making it and 5 mins in the morning putting it away gives us so much room during the day

Thank you so much for the tip. I think we will look into them. We have visited a few awning places and a proper awning is just not going to work. 😀

Sempre temos lindas casas rodante
Hi! Could you guys explain about the windows you have?
Thanks for watching. The windows are push out with mosquito screen and blackout screen. The blackout screen is brilliant.
Where are you currently in your trip?
We are west of Brisbane and about 80% through our van build at the moment.

Nice!! Do y'all have the plans or a tutorial available?

Nice tour. Looks pretty high tech! Where do you keep all your camera gear? I have a whole compartment full in ours.
hahaha We have one too. It is crazy how much space it takes up. :)

Alesha and Jarryd NOMADasaurus awesome! Thanks 🙏
I was wanting to know about those fans.
Absolutely. The fans are Sirocco Fan II - 3 Speed - 12V / 24V. They work really well.
Check out moon spaces for an awning
Thank you so much. We heard about these guys. We might have too

Try moon shade for your van awning??
Thank you so much for the tip. We have been to a few awning places and I think this is our only option 😀
Alesha and Jarryd NOMADasaurus, if you go through Eamon and Bec and/or The Matneys channel you will get discount, I think it’s 10%?!!
Who built out your van? Great little home.
