Great work Kev. At every job I go to I always bring up the RSAT tools to everyone as its safer and easier than logging into AD each time.
What is the correct way to begin setting up a cyber security training lab . Address the initial steps please
I talk about it on this video ua-cam.com/video/2FJ36ysnP48/v-deo.html

Hi Kev, many times I receive calls from users connected from home who are unable to access the VPN. After resetting the password in AD, I connect remotely to the user's PC and log in to vpn global protect with my credentials to help the user to change his domain password in o365 with no success. Most of the time the user fails to change his password in o365 despite meeting the password policy. Why? Changing password in o365 is the fastest way to sync passwords to the company network. I also used password generators that include 10 characters with uppercase, lowercase, numbers and symbols but without success. To solve the issue i need to escalet the incident in servicenow to a second level team that deals with Microsoft or alternatively the user is forced to go to the company to sync is password. Could you give me some tips? Thanks in advance
Sounds like an issue with vpn client communicating with your domain controller. Better off just letting the network team or whoever in charge of the vpn to look at configurations.
