This show definitely deserved more love! It was cute, funny, creative, well animated and like you said, gave plenty of nods to those of us already familiar with the original film. Dylan and Dolly's sibling dynamic really sold me on it 😊
Dude, if you want I can tell you everything you need to know about this show, I've been here since the very beginning. I could tell you advertisements in other countries for the show were crazy. France had a whole newspaper called The daily puppy advertising it. They rented out a double decker bus in the UK, All the character's faces slapped on the side of it. That had reveal parties in select locations showing the show to the public. It's probably somewhere buried in the internet, but they had famous Dalmatian influencer talk about the show and they were given special Dalmatian hoodies.
Ok look, since this video doesn’t discuss the family tree for even a second or discuss anything else but 101 Dalmatian Street I have no problem with it. Okay scratch that one little nitpick. He calls Dolly and Dylan siblings even though they are step siblings but I’ll let that slide.

My friend knows that you know that they are step siblings but some people don’t know that or they do and they just don’t care and call shipping them incest even though it isn’t. I do like the idea of of the show but I think what they could of done was have Doug and Delilah not have 97 puppies. Like maybe start it out of Doug and Dolly moving in with Delilah and Dylan. Step siblings shenanigans. And they become family. The other 97 pups could be cousins that descend from the original 99 puppies who live on the same street. Like have the “street” be an entire neighborhood who have homes that belong to the original 99 pups and their family. Maybe talk about the characters odd ball and Domino from 102 Dalmatian’s and what they did in their adult years. Plus dolly and Dylan could have little siblings like the 3 triple sisters and the 3 triple brothers from their respective parents… yes I’m getting into Brady bunch territory and the youngest pup ( I forgot her name) be the first half sibling of the family. Maybe we can have episodes that talk about Dolly’s bio mom and what happened to her or Dylan’s bio dad and where he went. If we’re going to go the blended family route it be interesting to explore these topics for I find it odd that Dolly thinks of Delilah as her mom from the start . Just my thoughts. Like I said l like the concept just maybe have a Little more though put into it.

Thank you for making a video on this show! I really loved it and feel like it doesn’t get the credit it deserves definitely recommend if you and your toddler wanna enjoy a show together 💖 tbh I was watching it by myself I liked it sm lol
I feel like there were two factors (this being only my theory), 1 was Disney basically making this as a response to Nickelodeon's success with The Loud House, and 2 The runaway success of Bluey meant they could just let Australia's ABC Kids pay to make it and they could just distribute it around the globe instead of Disney having to make a Dog-based show. Again, just my theory on why 101 Dalmatian Street didn't see as much success.
I actually did enjoy watching this, actually, and I wish they did do a season, too honestly, especially with Hunter living with them. I would be wonderful. Honestly, Disney has no idea what they lost. and that was really not a good thing. They do not understand that they had something wonderful that they had made. a lost potential honestly It was too good at the show.

Funny thing tho, I only watch the teaser/trailer and I never touch the whole thing until 2 years after the show got cancelled. I recently got recommend clips of the show and it got me interested so I decided to watch it on disney plus and I fucking love it!
