An unplanned short hike out on the moors ofter work. Parked on road just before Warren inn and walked across to Fernworthy. First night out without a tent and some semi proper food! Sorry for editing faults but you get the point hopefully.

Again, I enjoyed your vid. I'm from Isle of Wight and a friend and I are planning a wild camp trip on out motor bikes , and would like to do fenworthy. Any tips or advice you could give me would be great. Thanx

Hee-hee... Just like I started out (long before poles were invented - bet you don't forget them again!) 8-) You may have a long way to go - depends what you want - but it's good to see another who "just happens" to keep a pack handy for the "I gotta go now" urges. You'll revert to the caveman instinct totally if you carry on, but that freedom of spirit is no bad thing to have in my view. Beats addiction to Eastenders... Carry on with the carry on, and enjoy it all.

I was just wondering as to why you didn't camp in the forest - especially with a tarp - is it permitted? fozziefizzle.
