I made a recent video with Summer Breeze on UA-cam and didn't know he had passed away until today, so sad. I loved and will continue to love their music. RIP.
Just found out. Seals and Crofts should've gotten more respect from the music industry yet their legacy is IMMENSE!!! The two are among my most favourite entertainers ever and JS will be missed! Crofts, hold the fort! A Summer Breeze will always blow, maybe from East of Ginger Trees!

They made the mistake of offending the Jews in their song "Egypt, Israel, and America" (on "The Longest Road"). They criticize Israel in that song and take the Palestinian side. The CEO of Warner Brothers was a Jew, for starters. They were immediately "disappeared." Next, their record company wouldn't even make their albums available on CD -- for years! (Only the lame "Greatest Hits.") So great was the offense that song gave them. Nobody talks about this, but it's what really happened.
@@DivineFellowship Good man, that's a surprise to me. I accept what you say. Compared to today's artists, S&C had a dignity about them and delivered quality music nonetheless. On every Adult Contemporary Chart in most countries, S&C are heard....and that's how Quality Musicians are remembered! They're still two of my favourite acts. Peace, bro.
They didn't even tell the cause of his death.....but I am sad because I loved Seals and Crofts........I began listening to them when I was 12 in 1973....what a great, great duo...and damn Jim had such a beautiful, mellow voice......R.I.P. my friend
