Ichigo in this arc is not in the right state of mind, he´s afraid of his hollow and just like Ulquiorra said "his spiritual pressure is all over the place sometimes is trash sometimes is greater then mine". It´s something important to understand how sometimes ichigo looks stronger or weaker. Btw in the manga that getsuga does like 3xl the damage it shows in the anime grimmjow gets fucked by it, a lot of attacks and injuries are down played on this arc because at this point bleach time slot on tv became ealrier so the sensourship became bigger when compared to the first 2 arcs

Think about Yammy when he was in the world of the living. Just by standing close to ppl with low spiritual pressure they cant move and crumble and for a captain or lieutenant's level they too have strong spiritual pressure to make weaker crumble. Like how Kenpachi made Hanataro unable to move. In order not damage normal humans in the world of the living they have to seal like half of their powers away so they can walk freely without hurting weak souls.
Shunsui, Grimmjow, Kenpachi, Yoruichi, Urahara and Aizen are my favorite characters in Bleach. Yoruichi, Rangiku and Orihime are my favorite waifus. But there's a bunch of other great characters i like on this show. Too many great ones to list.

Than when Grimmjow invaded she probably rushed out to see what all the random explosions were about only to see the kid she used to beat up every day which would result in him crying. He doesn't have a limiter. Only Vice-captains and above have limiters, whereas Ikkaku is a third seat.
