I like your videos on English learning mentoring. Let me expand firther your tip No.2 - listen / read/ speak by one more practice - write. It has helped me a lot in my learning English. Work with a sentence - write each sentence on a new line. Write the sentence first, then read it aloud and try to imagine what you are saying.
