August 2019 ako nagpasa ng documents dahil nawala ng nvc documents ko nung 2018. December 2019 ata na accept ng nvc. Paid na din at completed nadin. Hanggang ngayong 2021 wala pa din akong natatanggap na interview letter. Bat ganon. 2018 ang priority date ko. Nawawalan na ako ng pag asa.
Paano po na nawala ng NVC ang documents nio?? Kasi diba po sa NVC stage lahat po uploaded sa CEAC account ang mga papers na kailangan I submit.
Approved na po ba papers nio from USCIS? And ano po case nio?
@@GelinCaliforniaOfficial actually nanay ko nag asikaso sa u.s. bukod pa ho yung pinasa sa kanila online. December 2017 po pala ang priority date ko nag aaral pa lang po ako sa college. 2019 na ho nung nalaman kong missing ang documents na pinasa online. Ir2 po ang visa ko.

Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative by a United States citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident petitioning for an immediate or close relative intending to immigrate to the United States.
Ang kaibahan lang po is sa Cases. If asawa, or anak ang kukunin.

@@chelseagotv1586 if married less than 2yrs upon filing case will be CR1 & CR2. Conditional greencard for 2yrs, then 90days bago mag 2yrs mag apply ulit for removal of conditions para maging 10yrs greencard.
If married more than 2yrs, case is IR1 & IR2. (10yrs greencard validity).

The IR2 visa is a US immediate relative visa for unmarried children under 21 years old of a US citizen. So yes dapat married ang parents sa IR2 visa.
If Fiancee visa ang ifile sayo which is K1 visa,. K2 visa naman para sa anak mo po.
if your fiancé(e) has a child who is under 21 and unmarried, the child may be eligible to come to the United States on a K-2 nonimmigrant visa. You must include the names of your fiancé(e)'s children on the Form I-129F if you wish to bring them to the United States.

Online payment. Greencard/visa fee, magsesend po sainyo ang ang embassy ng email instructions regarding on payment po kapag narelease na visa nio.

Kahit no need na po umuwi. If May relative na pede sumama pede rin, need lang po ata ng authorization from you.

Yes po May sarili po si yang invoice ID. Yes sabay rin po dumating welcome letter namin from NVC, nasa letter po ang invoice ID. We paid the visa/greencard fee after we received the passport with US visa from the US embassy po.

My child & I had the same timeline. 1yr & 3months. From the beginning up to visa onhand
@Home Home update your case in USCIS & submit his Citizenship Certificate so that your case will change to IR1. Then start to process your child petition as soon as possible.
Timeline for IR1 regular process is 1-2yrs.

It may speed up you case, cause He’s now a citizen. IR1 is more priority than F2A. I have a friend who has F2A visa like you & it took her 3yrs before getting a visa. We filed later than them but I got the visa first.

@@gwenbautista8905 both immigration from Philippines & USA yes May mga konting itatanong sayo at titignan mga documents na dala mo.
Sa US immigration they will ask you if it is your first entry, Anong visa mo, address ng titirahan mo & Kung kaninong bahay. If your 18-21 year old Hindi kana need samahan ng tita mo, but if your 16yo below I guess pwedeng May kasama ka habang tinatanong ng immigration officer.

Hello po! For IR2 visa po, for the petitionerʼs side, need po i-download din yung Birth Certificate and Naturalization certificate nila? We only download yung I-864ez and Income Tax Return po kasi. Please help me. 🙏🏻
Yes po for petitioner need po kasi ng proof of domicile. Kaya need rin po isubmit ang copy of naturalization & passport ng petitioner.
@@GelinCaliforniaOfficial Ang naipapasa pa lang po namin ay ITR at I-864ez, i-download na lang din po namin yung copy nung passport and Naturalization certificate po nung dad ko, tama po ba sa additional documents for petitioner? Ayos na po ba yun or may other pa po kaming need idagdag? Hindi pa po kasi nar-review yung documents namin.

@@itsanne6414 yes kailangan parin po iupload sa CEAC. Unless you want to wait more time na sila mismo ang hihingi saiyo. Kapag nag ask sila ng additional docs sayo, additional waiting time ulit yon kasi after submission mo di naman agad ulit mareview yun.
I was watching your video maybe you can help me I have a question I have been married to a Filipina for 15 years when we got married he had a daughter that was one year old and now my step daughter is 16 years old my question is I plan on filing a ir1 Visa for my spouse but I want to know is my stepdaughter included in the ir1 Spouse petition or is that a separate application that I need to file for my stepdaughter that is a minor because I've heard different stories one story is that I only need to file a spouse cr1 petition and my stepdaughter is already included in that petition and there is only one filing fee and all that she has to do is go to the medical and the embassies with my wife and she will be approved along with my wife or do I need to file a separate petition for my step daughter and pay a separate filing fee at the beginning any help would be useful if you can comment back to me thank you

Yes you need to file them separately & pay the fee on each case. since she is your step child & her case would be IR2. That’s what my husband did, he did paid fees separately too.
@@GelinCaliforniaOfficial thank you for that information so you're saying that the ir2 petition is that the one that still cost 530 dollars along with my wife petition which is an extra $530 so I would have to file two petitions at the same time to get the process started
