I thought the same. He is the twin and wants revenge but he doesn't know that baek saeon is not the real baek saeon. But I still hope it is not him who pushed heejoo because I like him, and there was another person wearing black amongst the hikers so maybe that person did it.

The real baek sa eon attacks when ever hong ju is alone. So he will not definitely attack her there. So why is park working with real baek if he killed his twin brother ? Which is odd to take revenge on ML !
He probably thinks the real Baek sa-eon is his twin brother who went missing? I am thinking the real one survived the drowning by grandad , bided his time and convinced Park Do-Jae they were brothers and manipulated him to go after the fake one? So complicated!

I think Do Jae seems pretty protective of Sa Eon, so I doubt he is unaware of his real identity as his twin. He knows who he is and wants to help Sa Eon. Remember how worried he was when Sa Eon wouldn't pick up the phone? I think he realised that Hee Joo is the one threatening him and maybe wanted to protect him...? He always looked annoyed when Hee Joo is around. That sounds pretty psycho though and honestly, more than one psycho around is a bit too much.😂

I think Park Do Jae's missing twin is Baek Sa-Eon. He thought his twin was gone not knowing Sa-eon was used to be a replacement for the original psychotic son. He thinks the current Sa-Eon was responsible for his brothers' loss but in reality no one died. 2 persons were just replaced.
My guess was right. Park Do Jae was the twin brother, otherwise, what would be his personal hidden motive to do that to Baek but what he didn't know Baek was not the real Baek.
