Same lmao I saw that video and the context on tumblr. Apparently, Starscream was supposed to bump against the side of the cage and get electrocuted, and then scream in pain, but they never animated him doing that, so he’s just standing there and screaming like a toddler😂

That movie was a fucking fever dream. They turned a goofy kids’ cartoon about talking cars into Game of Thrones for half an hour, then spent the rest following a bunch of people we’ve never seen before to a blisteringly 80s soundtrack.
