The Pall portable particle counter overcomes these limitations by allowing for continuous monitoring. It can be used at any time and for extended periods, providing a more accurate reflection of the system's cleanliness. This device measures ISO or NAS cleanliness classes and even detects water saturation in the oil. Additionally, you can easily download data to your computer for trend analysis.
Unlike light source particle counters, the Pall counter operates on the pore blockage principle. This means air in the oil or its darkness does not affect the accuracy of the measurement.
