I have to agree with other comments. Just work your way through her discog. It's unreal. And I can't stress enough just how pure and amazing her voice is live. I'd love to see you react to some of her live performances. I've seen her live, and it genuinely is a spiritual experience. And it's true. Bjork is 58 years old and still absolutely adorable.

Your comment about headphones is right, but ironically, Vespertine was made by Bjork specifically to be played as modern parlor music through laptop speakers.
I think this song should not be listened to for the first time by watching the video... the music used is a video edit (one verse is missing completely) and the images distract too much from the song structure and musical innovation. you should really listen to the album version to have the full acoustic experience

That really was the official video for "Hidden Place". It was directed by Michel Gondry, who has directed also other Björk videos, at least "Human Behaviour", "Isobel", "Army of Me", "Hyper-ballad", "Bachelorette", "Jóga", "Declare Independence" and "Crystalline". Gondry's music videos are usually surreal. Some by other artists: "The Hardest Button to Button" - The White Stripes, "Protection" - Massive Attack, "Fire on Babylon" - Sinéad O'Connor, "Around the World" - Daft Punk and "Knives Out" - Radiohead.
Speaking of mutual stuff, there is also "Mutual Core" from Björk from the 2011 album Biophilia. I think the song and the video are very cool, taking inspiration from _geology_.
