AcroYoga Flying Transitions and Washing Machines

The world of AcroYoga grows exponentially when students learn flying transitions and washing machines. A washing machine is a series of poses that start and finish in the same pose. Many of these "washing machines" are sparked by individual creatitivity, meaning somone thinks up or flows into a new washing machine. Once it gets taugh and or posted, the ripple often travels around the world in different acro communities doing the same new flows.
